Odyssey Posts Recording Footage

Odyssey Releases New EP Today

The Spokane all-instrumental metal trio Odyssey today sees the release of new EP "The Turning Tide" through Monolithic Records.

In celebration of the release, all four tracks are now available for streaming in the player below. You can also buy a physical or digital edition of the release at this location.

Odyssey is now going into hibernation mode for the Winter, taking a break from live shows and writing new material for a forthcoming release. Stay tuned for more details!

Odyssey Signs Record Deal

Spokane-based instrumental metal outfit Odyssey has just issued the following update about inking a record deal and releasing a new EP:

"So many of you have been wondering when 'The Turning Tide' EP is coming out... Well, now we can tell you! On Tuesday, November 4th, the new EP will be available everywhere online!

"Even better, we've signed with Monolithic Records!!!! They will be distributing this EP as well as our next release. Give them a like and check out our label mates: Sockweb, Mountains Under Oceans, Brent A Petrie, Gyre, and Towering Filth.

"Monday we will be releasing a video for 'The Devil's in the Details,' track 1 from the EP. Keep those peepers peeled!"

Odyssey Finishing New EP

Spokane instrumental outfit Odyssey has issued the following announcement about finishing up work on a new release:

"New EP update: The mix is done and we are sending it off to Wild Whirled Music in Phoenix for mastering very soon.

"While it's being mastered we will be working on the artwork. Once the cover art is done, we'll post it with the title of the EP and the track listing. Stay tuned!

"We begin work on our new EP today! Drums are up first. Today is all about setting up the mics and getting the best tones we can.
