Chemical Fingerprint Checks In With Album Update

Chemical Fingerprint has issued the following update about working on a new album:

"Right now Stitch and Tyson are finishing up on writing 'Make War Not Love' and soon they will be writing a 9th song. We only have 5 songs recorded right now and once our band is full and have everything down we will record a full album and have everything sounding tighter and heavier than our current recordings.

"Our newer tracks we have been writing are heavier in our opinions and we are making a sound more complex and technical. We always try to do something different with every song so that every one sounds different. We look forward to completing this band soon so we can start playing shows and getting our music out in the world!"

Chemical Fingerprint Issues Album Update

Chemical Fingerprint has issued the following update about working on a new album:

"OK first things first Ricky, Derrick and Ken want to welcome our new bassist Tyson to the band! We have been forming this band and writing songs for a little over a year taking things slow making sure we do this right. Now on to the CD. People have been wanting to hear new stuff from CFP well just like everything else we've been taking our time but soon (hopefully by the 1st) we will be adding 2 to 3 new songs one of the songs being entitled 'In Ashes.'

"Once you hear this track you be hooked we promise! And by May or June we will be releasing our self titled CD 9 to 10 tracks of kick ass, again we promise! The cover and artwork is being done by renowned metal graphics artist Travis Smith who has done work for Skinlab, Opeth, Death, Nevermore, Brian Head Welch, Malevolent Creation, Suffocation, Soilwork, Strapping Young Lad and many more! We are so excited. As for shows we a trying to get all the recording done so that we can at least have a sampler for fans that come to our 1st show. Check back for updates."

Chemical Fingerprint Issues Band Update

Texas metallers Chemical Fingerprint have issued the following update about writing and recording new material:

"We tried out a bass player stitch has been friends with for a lil while and hopefully all will work out and we will definitely know by next month. Once the band is full our sound will be complete and nothing will be missing. We have wrote 2 new songs in the past few weeks and the whole band agrees that the sound is getting better with each tune. Hopefully any fans or future fans will agree and dig our sound. We will be recording a live demo really soon at Mad Puppet recordings. Once we have a full albums worth of songs we will record and we can't wait til that time comes.

"We will also have cover songs on our live demo so please keep your eyes peeled for that. hopefully if all works out we will have a demo and album out by early next year and if we are a full band things will flow better for us and it is too bad that there isn't many places in the Dallas / Fort Worth area for metal shows. Most local metal bands are playing sports bars so we will probably be there or out of town but we miss playing shows so we are looking forward to it!"

Chemical Fingerprint Seeking New Drummer

Texas metallers Chemical Fingerprint have issued the following announcement about seeking a new drummer:

"My guess is this band is destined to go nowhere but nonetheless we are not giving up we are once again in search of a drummer. Though we enjoyed having Fred in the band he decided to exit the band and we respectfully accept his decision and wish him the best. Now Derrick, James and Ricky are continuing to write and are wanting to try out some drummers we are looking for some one fast with their feet (mostly) but a pure bad ass drummer age isn't really a problem just be 115% dedicated please we don't mind budheads and beer drinking but practice is for writing not partying. Also gotta have job (to support things like merch and road dawggin), transportation, own gear and please no ego's we are all equal in this band we all have a say. Now if this is cool for you and would like to try out then please contact us here.... Thank You"
