"The Doomsday Prophecy has parted ways with our rhythm guitarist. The process of finding a permanent replacement begins today. We have a few guidelines if you want to submit your name for an audition. Please prepare a video or audio presentation of you playing any one of our songs AND/OR send us video of live footage from your previous projects that best represents your playing. Please understand that not everybody will qualify for an audition. We are being very selective during this process and we hope that you don't take offense if you aren't chosen. If you are chosen, we will be looking heavily at your ability to learn quickly and your song writing capability. These things are just as important as being able to play our songs. We look forward to hearing and seeing your submissions. Please pass this along to anyone that is capable and might be interested. Everything is tuned down a half step with a dropped C#"

The extreme metal scene in New Jersey is hard to find, but it's there. I find that most of them like to hide under the radar and remain underground. the bands I'm featuring here aren't that kind. these are the ones looking to make their foot print in the scene by doing something a little different in their own way. There are too many bands around that do the same song over and over again with different lyrics and in a different key or tempo. More...
