Formed: 1994
From: Anchorage, AK, United States
Last Known Status: Active

Background

36 Crazyfists, signed to Roadrunner records in 2002, debuted with their album titled "Bitterness the Star'" and did 2004's critically acclaimed "A Snow Capped Romance". They have their own unique sound, standing out most in vocalist Broc Lindow's voice. They recorded their debut and dedicated one of the songs to their original bass player who lost his life in a car accident.

36 Crazyfists may have suffered a loss, but that hasn't stop them from making music. They combine hard driven gutiars comparable to Killswitch Engage and vocals that are something of their own. 36 Crazyfists are showing the world that Alaska's not only known for eskimos, but also kick ass metal. 36 Crazyfists are definately a band to watch over the years. Who knows where they'll take their unique sound, comparable to Killswitch Engage, next?

"Concerned for the health and safety of our patrons, performers and employees, Live Nation announces a date change for Sacramento's scheduled Rockstar Energy Mayhem festival at The Sleep Train Amphitheater. Tickets purchased for Friday, July 11th will be honored.

"As we enter the second week of wild fires, and the recent 100+ degree temperatures, it is in the best interest of all involved that the tour date be rescheduled as conditions are expected to improve over the weekend. A variety of city and county officials have urged area residents to avoid long-term exposure to the outdoors and limit outdoor recreational activities."

"We sincerely regret this unavoidable cancellation and apologize to fans for any disappointment caused," says tour co-founder John Reese. "And while we're thankful that the show can take place on Monday, our thoughts are with the families in this area during this difficult time. Refunds will be available at original point of purchase."
