Below is our complete Wretched news coverage, including columns and articles pertaining to the band. Some articles listed may be indirectly related, such as side projects of the band members, etc.
Day three of Texas Independence was the day I looked forward to the most. The headliners included Corrosion of Conformity-Blind, Death Angel and Cavalera Conspiracy.
This day was by far the most stacked for talent. Bands as well known as Allegaeon played early in the day. I didn’t make it to the club until 2:30. The Agonist was the first band I caught. I wasn’t able to see the band with Alissa White-Gluz before she left for Arch Enemy, so it’s difficult to compare her to her replacement Vicky Psarakis. Psarakis’s vocals seemed fine, but she appeared to have lost the monitor. Her band mates were in fine form, though.
Tampa metal act Dark Sermon has finished production on a new, yet-to-be titled LP due out later this year via eOne Music / Good Fight Music.
"All I can say is that it is certainly a step in a new and interesting direction," says frontman Johnny Crowder. "As a whole, it is slower, faster, heavier, more engaging, and more mature than 'In Tongues.' I think we finally found our true sound. We're touring extensively in support of this new record, so keep an eye out for dates. Our tour with Sworn Enemy, Wretched, Hammer Fight will kick off our Spring/Summer cycle, and we can't wait to get back out on the road again."
The band will set out on a batch of tour dates this April with Sworn Enemy, Wretched, and Hammer Fight. Dates start in Charleston, SC on April 7th and even hitting a few cities in Mexico before wrapping things up in Providence, RI on May 1st.

Following the band's originally scheduled support slot on the recently cancelled Machine Head tour, Michigan's Battlecross will be heading back out on the road next month for more than two dozen headlining dates through North America.
Dubbed the "Winter Warriors" tour, the trek will kick off on November 26th in Grand Rapids, Michigan and conclude on December 30th in Worcester, Massachusetts. Support will come from Wretched and War Of Ages.
In honor of the U.S. Armed Forces, this Veterans Day Battlecross will make a limited number of tickets available to VET TIX so that local members of the military may attend a show in their city at no cost. The band will also be donating a portion of the funds generated from sales of a limited edition tour shirt to a local veteran's charity, and choose a veteran in each market for a VIP experience.
On Veteran's Day (November 11th) fans can nominate a friend or family member who has served their country and share their story and photo, with a member of the military being chosen to win a guitar and more at the end of the tour.
On the same day, the band will also bring back merchandise from their first Metal Blade album, "Pursuit Of Honor," in their official merch store, with a portion of the proceeds being set aside to benefit the Wounded Warriors Project, a veterans service organization that offers a variety of programs, services and events to wounded veterans of the military following the events of September 11th, 2001.
Battlecross just checked in with the following update about new tour dates running through the end of the year:
"Tour announcement - Battlecross is hitting the road with our friends in Wretched and War Of Ages on the 'Winter Warriors' tour!
"Stay tuned to this page for info about special events to pay tribute to members of the military through the tour. Which show are you going to?" More...

Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, Pete Webber (drums) will sit out select dates on this upcoming tour, with Wretched's Marshall Wieczorek filling in temporarily. Pete comments:
"As some of you may have heard, my mother was in a tragic accident and is in very serious condition in the ICU in Boston. This unfortunately means I will have to miss out on at least a portion of our future shows. I must be by mom and family's side during these difficult times...Our pal Marshall from Wretched will be filling in on my duties.
"He is a good friend of ours and a great drummer! I know he will do an awesome job in my absence! I hope everyone understands and keeps my mom in their positive thoughts and prayers. It helps in a big way to have the support! I will return as soon as I can to my bros in Havok and wish them all the best on this next run!"
