Lineup changes are nothing new for Texas thrash outfit Warbeast: the band has proven its resiliency over the years by simply reloading and continuing on.
The Housecore Records Recording artist has once again added some new weaponry to its arsenal. This time Warbeast has chosen to bring in some young bloods. Drummer Joey Gonzalez elaborates:

Drew Shoup (20-years-old) is now the band’s 2nd guitarist, and he comments: “Warbeast is one of the tightest, most energetic bands I've ever heard. I am very excited to be a part of what they do.”
Lyric Ferchaud (17-years-old) will take over the bass duties and proclaims: “I've watched the band become who they are and to be a part of that is pure excellence. I feel that joining this band will keep 'The Beast' alive as it should always be, and lead to even more powerful thrash metal than before.” More...
A good night’s sleep and mild weather helped me catch a second wind on the fifth consecutive day of metal concerts. I watched NWOBHM legends Satan at Beerland on Wednesday, the day before HHFF kick-off party. The sun’s rays dimmed just a little due to Superjoint Ritual backdrop and a breeze gave us some relief while catching the bands on the Midway stage. For me, today’s activities didn’t start there, though, it started at the Grindhouse tent located around the side of Emo’s. More...

Warbeast will be touring with Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals later this summer, but the band has now checked in with the following announcement about seeking replacement dates for the planned Canadian shows:
"Because Warbeast is unable to get into Canada (please don’t ask why)… we are obviously not able to do the 2 Canadian dates with Phil’s new solo band on our upcoming tour with them in August.
"So we are still looking to add a show or 2 or 3 on those off dates. So if any promoters, bands or whoever out there can help us with booking something… please let us know. The dates we have open are August 10th, 11th and 12th.
"The shows would have to be somewhere between Royal Oak Michigan (Detroit) and Worcester Massachusetts. So please don’t start offering any shows that are too far out of that route. Look it up on a map if you have to see if it is something that would work for us. Areas like in Ohio or upstate New York might work. I guess if we can’t book anything on those dates we will have a mini-vacation during the tour… which means we will just have to party our asses off… haha!" More...
Philip H. Anselmo will take to the road for his first-ever solo tour, "Technicians of Distortion," which will kick off July 31st in Tulsa, OK.

Warbeast has been on the road in support of latest album "Destroy," but the band posted a message online yesterday about being stranded in Kansas due to a van breakdown. Warbeast has now checked in with the following update:
"So we are still in Overland Park, Kansas. We won't be able to make the Nashville show tonight either. Scott and Bobby went to where the Van was parked at mechanic shop.
"They think it's a clogged muffler, but they didn't have the parts to fix it. So they are getting it towed to a muffler shop right now. Once the van is fixed we will start the 14 hour drive to Greenville, South Carolina to finish the rest of the tour.
"We will be be forced to checkout of our hotel in about an hour and just have to wait outside somewhere with our bags until the van is fixed. Our spirits are still high and we are determined to finish this tour no matter what. There's just the 5 band members left to do everything from this point on. But we will make it some how. Sucks that Casey has to spend his Birthday like this... but he's not bitching about it.
"Thanks to everyone that has been trying to help us through this ordeal... it really means a lot to us!!!" More...
Warbeast has checked in with the following update about breaking down on the road during tour:
"Warbeast stranded in Kansas... Van broke down 3 times. Had to cancel Tulsa... we apologize! But we were broken down on highway 3 times. Got towed... 3 different mechanics thought they fixed it and it would just break down again.
"Now everything is closed until Monday and they can't work on it until then. Plus we couldn't find a another van to rent yet because of everything closed around us. We can only hope something happens for us to continue this tour."

Wilson will be embarking on a tour with Gwar and Warbeast this coming April, with dates available below. The following press release was also issued about Wilson:
"The growl of chain saws making firewood of fifty foot pines. That's Wilson. The howling of a pack of wolves battling a rabid moose. That's Wilson. The panting, gasping breaths of a smoke break 'nooner.' That's fucking Wilson. The citation for a noise violation... that's just where the party begins.
"If all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, then all party and no bullshit have made Wilson juggernauts. For the past few years Wilson has transformed shows into parties, and concerts into riots throughout the Midwest. Wilson has not only held their own, but raised the bar for how much fun live music can be.
"Now Wilson is ready to take their party to the road, heading out on the 'Fate or Chaos' North American tour with Mutant Overlords GWAR and Warbeast. The tour is set to kick off April 10th in Tucson, AZ and will run through April 25th in Jacksonville, FL. Tickets for all the dates are on sale now."

I’ve always respected Casey’s professionalism, abilities and musicianship from our many years together in Rigor Mortis. This will be a natural and comfortable fit for Warbeast. Plus he’s still buds with all of the guys in GWAR, so this tour will be a blast… to say the least."

I'm looking forward to crushing skulls with my brothers in the Beast, and I'm totally stoked to be bringing the thunder on the road this April, supporting my Scumdog family – GWAR. Texas Thrash will Destroy!”
“This by far will be the most solid lineup to date with Casey Orr joining us for this tour. I’ve known him all of my life and it just seems right,” comments Warbeast guitarist Scott Shelby. “Casey is hyped as well, as is the whole band to move on to this new era and continue to Destroy!”
