Terrorizer Magazine is currently streaming Xerath's upcoming "II" full-length in its entirety. Set for release in North America via Candlelight Records on May 3rd, 2011, "II" is the second full-length from the UK-based experimental progressive metal outfit. "II" was produced by Jacob Hansen (Destruction, Heaven Shall Burn, Volbeat) and features artwork from Colin Marks (Strapping Young Lad). The album also includes a guest performance from Emil Werstler (Daath).

Today the fine folks at Gun Shy Assassin play host to an exclusive premiere of "Nuclear Self Eradication" from U.K. based metal outfit Xearth. "Nuclear Self Eradication" is the eighth track off the band's upcoming new studio offering "II," set for release in North America via Candlelight Records on May 3rd, 2011. Said bassist Chris Clark of the song: "'Nuclear Self Eradication' is one of the most brutal and aggressive offerings from II. As heavy as it is technical, it offers a definitive guide to the key elements and ideology of Xerath. The track also features a guest solo from Daath guitarist, Emil Werstler."

U.K. progressive metallers Xerath have been confirmed to be taking part in the upcoming Mammothfest taking place on Spetember 18th, 2010 at Hove Town Hall in Brighton, England. Xerath join the likes of headliners Mnemic and Entombed as well as a long list of local acts from the U.K. are Europe.

UK metal band XERATH has announced their new bassist as Chris Clarke (ex-Hollow Earth Theory). The band comments, "2010 is going to be an important year for Xerath, with awesome shows being planned and a new album to make later on in the year, were going to need a full butt kicking lineup to help us along the way."
"Chris made his Xerath debut supporting Vader in london and recently played Hammerfest in wales to a huge metal hungry crowd."
The organizers of Britain's Hellfire festival has announced that Evile, Sylosis, Xerath, The Plight and Blakfish have all been added to the lineup. The event will be taking place at the Birmingham NEC from August 6-8.
