"Our tour with Hull and Salome is coming together nicely, but there are still a few TBAs we'd like to eliminate as soon as possible. We especially need help with the following shows:

9/14 @ TBA - Greensboro, NC or Virginia Beach, VA
9/20 @ TBA - Louisville or Lexington, KY
9/26 @ TBA - Pittsburgh, PA
"Let us know if you can help. We're totally down to play house shows or basements or backyards or skate ramps or warehouses or whatever.
"Also, if you can offer us a place to crash any night of the tour we will pay you back by not drinking ALL your beer... And for those of you in New York, we have a show tomorrow (Friday, August 21) with Bloody Panda, Liturgy, and Castevet. At Union Pool. It should be a good time."

New York doom metallers Batillus have issued the following announcement about upcoming tour dates:
"We're booking a tour with Hull and Salome for September and we need some help with shows. Let us know if you can help with any of the TBAs, or with offering a place to snoozle at night.

Brooklyn quintet Hull are offering an MP3 of the track "Architect" as a free download here.
The song is the ninth track on the band's full-length debut album "Sole Lord," which will see a May 26th release via The End Records. The album was mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side. The track listing for the album is as follows:

Boston thrashers, Ravage, will be performing a special free show in New York City at The Lit Lounge on Monday May 4th.
The band has also provided the following information about the show:
"This special event will feature the new singer of Anthrax Dan Nelson as a metal DJ, sets by Ravage, Hull and Rumpelstiltskin Grinder, a giveaway of a guitar signed by Toxic Holocaust and more! Get there early because RAVAGE PLAYS AT 8:30 PM SHARP!"
Brooklyn quintet, HULL, are back home after their recent tour surrounding SXSW 2009. The band comments...
"On our first tour as part of the End records roster, HULL have stormed through the South East with much force, at every stop winning the faces and minds of those in attendance. On the road to Austin for the mighty SXSW festival and onward, many miles have passed and decibels peaked in the name of metal. Brooklyn-based quintet HULL has embarked on their 2009 spring tour at Philadelphia's Khyber Pass as they make their way down to South By Southwest, where they'll be pummeling eardrums at THE END RECORDS' official showcase.
HULL, who signed with THE END RECORDS in December, has made a name for themselves in the New York underground over the past few years and will be a welcome addition to THE END's growing family of diverse artists. Now, the band sets their sights on the rest of the country.

THE END RECORDS has announced the signing of Brooklyn heavy metallers HULL. The hard-working quintet has made a name for themselves in the New York underground over the past few years and will be a welcome addition to THE END's growing family of diverse artists. The band comments:
"We are very excited to be signing to The End, as we are a very hands-on, do-it-yourself band, and they seem to work that way as a record label. Besides, we wouldn't sign with anyone that we couldn't go have a few beers with!"
