Daemonicus Announces Return To The Balkans

Daemonicus has checked in with the following announcement about returning to the Balkans after a disastrous tour in 2010 in which the band's van was broken into:

"During winter early 2010 Daemonicus headed for a tour on the Balkans supporting Negura Bunget. The disaster-ridden tour contained a robbery and people freezing to death outside the of the accommodations, but did also let the band evolve as a live act to be reckoned with.

"The noted robbery of the band's own van took place in Greece outside a 'squat,' i.e an area illegally (and by force) occupied by students. But this was far from the only misfortune to take place during the three weeks of touring:

* Cancelled shows after driving more than 1000 km on one night.
* Seventeen citizens (17!) froze to death during one cold night in the Transylvania area, with temperatures reaching 32 degrees below zero.
* A tour van with almost no heating, and later on without front window and rear view mirrors.
* A stolen passport, resulting in the driver being left in Greece while the band went to Bulgaria to perform a gig. More...

Daemonicus Issues Album Update

Swedish act Daemonicus has issued the following update about the band's progress working on a new album:

"This is getting ridiculous, it's to long between our updates. Much has happened since our last post, to much maybe...? We booked a European tour, that got cancelled due to other circumstances.

"In this time, as you might know, our next album is recorded in C.C.H.B.-studio. Yesterday we handed over the material to Garage Studios, and right now, in this minute, we are listening to rough mixes of 3 of our 10 songs. And we tell you, this is going to be good. You know, the kind of good that fucks up your brain - good...

"Back to the matter of our lost tour... We are reaching out there in a new(?) approach, we'd like a booking agent to help us, so that we don't gett fucked again... If you know of an agent that could help the best death metal live act out there, let us know!"

"Our artwork artist is working on some really brutal artwork that will match the darkness and the sick and twisted state of mind that Daemonicus is all about.

"Soon our time in C.C.H.B. Studio is over for this time and we have had a fucking blast! Next up in the studio is Sanity of Impiety for their next EP release. Be sure to check them out! Stay metal!"
