Korpiklaani Announces "Heidenfest" 2026 Tour Dates
Finnish folk metal stars Korpiklaani has announced a massive headlining tour of Europe and the UK, dubbed "Heidenfest 2026." Joining them on the trek will be Finntroll, marking the first time the two bands have toured together. Joining them to celebrate this unique event are some of their best friends and drinking partners in Heidevolk and Trollfest. To warm up the evening with all the dancing, drinking, moshing and all round good times are The Dread Crew of Oddwood. Due to prior agreements, Finntroll will miss the first 3 shows, and will be replaced by Moonsorrow.
Korpiklaani's Jonne Järvelä comments:
"I'm more than excited to be touring Europe with such a great group of bands. We've known each other for decades and that's why I might feel a little old. Fortunately, a carefree, joyous, unrestrained, wild, fun, exhilarating, intoxicating, unconventional, extravagant and hilarious tour life is so healthy and refreshing that it keeps us young and fresh. Come along and you'll be surprised by the amazing and crazy nights with us. Fun is guaranteed!"
Finntroll comments:
"This is no ordinary tour — it is a march of madness and glory across Europe!
Our strings are tuned to mischief, and at last we will tour side by side with our friends in Korpiklaani and TrollfesT, strengthened by Heidevolk and Oddwood. This tour brings forth a storm of dark tunes, overflowing ale, and untamed revelry.
"Expect nights where reality bends, ancient spirits stir, and the line between myth and madness disappear. Join the horde, this will be legendary!"
Heidevolk comments:
"Hello fellow heathens! After the crazy successful Paganfest tour earlier this year, we are once again invited to join a legendary tour making its long awaited return: HEIDENFEST!" More...

Trollfest Releases "All Drinks On Me" Video
Bottoms up! Flamingo Overlords Trollfest buy a round of drinks for everyone just days shy of the release of their new album, Flamingo Overlord, dropping this Friday via Napalm Records! "All Drinks on Me" is a raucous party anthem in the vein of Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys that only Trollfest could deliver, arriving in perfect time to celebrate the album’s release – featuring special guest Jonne Järvelä of the infamous Korpiklaani! No matter where Trollfest pop up, a whole lot of fun is bound to occur – Flamingo Overlord is one of the craziest, most eccentric, and multi-faceted releases of the year!
Trollfest Singer Jostein “Trollmannen” Austvik says:
"‘All Drinks On Me‘ is a party song to go along with those wonderful great parties that become the talk of the town once they go down. With the highest possible singalong factor this tune is guaranteed to make you stomp your foot and sing yourself hoarse while sharing the best of times with your finest friends." More...
Trollfest Shares "Flamingo Libre" Video
Trollfest's flamingo madness is taken to another level today with the release of their new single "Flamingo Libre!" If you were delivered a mysterious package to your door – by a Flamingo of course – would you open it? If there was an ominous drink in that package – would you take a sip, just to see what it tastes like? If your answer to both of those questions is “yes”, then you are in for a wild, wild ride with "Flamingo Libre!"
"Flamingo Libre" is a psychedelic flamingo party, accompanied by deep saxophone, shrill organs and a catchy chorus. With crystal clear mixing and mastering by Jacob Hansen (Hansen Studios), Trollfest’s multi-faceted, colorful Flamingo Overlord comes to life on this track!
Trollfest singer Jostein "Trollmannen" Austvik on "Flamingo Libre":
"Flamingo libre is a fairly unknown substance favored by dictators and mad people alike. No one knows exactly what it is or what it does, but a lot of people have radically changed their outlook on life after contact with it. The song flamingo libre is, to date, the most in depth study of this concoction we have. It is by no means complete, so caution is advised whenever approaching any and all things looking like or otherwise connected to this elixir.
"If Michael Jackson had gotten all his plastic surgery to make concrete balls instead, this would have been his biggest hit." More...
Trollfest Posts New Music Video Online
At the time of Trollfest’s last official transmission, we alerted you of their eccentric flamboyance and grooviness. This new alert is being dispatched to signal the arrival of a third, straight up pop single from Trollfest, no longer high-classified and officially out to entertain with good, positive vibes!
Trollfest’s new single, "Piña Colada," is the latest offering cut from the most colorful, outlandish and adventurous album of 2022, "Flamingo Overlord," to be released via Napalm Records on May 27, 2022. The track is a much-needed, energetic anthem with metallic reggae flavor, and takes the stance that sometimes you just want that fruity drink, and no other libation will do! The video perfectly captures the mood of knowing that your best friend is on a tropical island and you are stuck at your same old bar in the middle of winter, covering all genres of entertainment from happy humor to horror.
Singer Jostein "Trollmannen" Austvik about the "Piña Colada" music video:
"Friends are important, that is why we have made a video to remind everyone how horribly wrong things can go when you are alone. Also, don't be a picky fuzzmaker and pester your bartender!"
Eirik "TrollBANK" Renton (bouzouki, vocals & DJ) adds:
"Ever been to a bar and the bartender refuses to give you what you ordered? Yups, we too - that what's this video is all about, and some other things also." More...

Trollfest have announced the upcoming release of their ninth full-length studio album, entitled "Flamingo Overlord," to be released via Napalm Records on May 27, 2022. In celebration of today’s announcement, Trollfest have dropped an outrageous second single, entitled "Twenty Miles An Hour!" The track (slowly) takes flight, perfectly illustrating their diverse, infectious grooves with a humorous mixed green-screen animated music video, created by Mr. Seidel! With "Twenty Miles an Hour," Trollfest prove they’re just along for the wild ride that is life (albeit at 20 mph).
Trollfest on "Twenty Miles an Hour":
"Our second single from ‘Flamingo Overlord’ is a song about how a young Overlord first started out. Fetch your prescriptions and fasten your seat belts folks, this is going to be one hell of a ride." More...

Trollfest Posts New Animated Video Online
After announcing their new EP, "Happy Heroes" (out March 19 via Napalm Records), the kings of True Norwegian Folk Metal Trollfest release the EP’s title track, "Happy Heroes," along with a truly Kaotic animated music video. Viewer discretion is advised!
Trollfest unleash their next troll adventure as soon as this tune kicks off! The video is a Kaotic, mad and colorful mess, where our trolls attempt to become powerful super heroes – however their plans to save the world don’t end up as planned. “Happy Heroes” takes you on a ride through an absurd world, musically accompanied by triumphant saxophones, heavy riffs and a whole lot of Trollfest’s very own True Norwegian Balkan Metal!
Four vivid songs on Happy Heroes deliver a vast variety of spectacular musical romps, made evident by the catchy original title track "Happy Heroes," wherein Trollfest tells the story of evil, self-righteous troll superheroes whom you should probably not call if you’re in need of help. The EP then presents three re-energized cover songs – Balkan and folk metal re-imaginings of the world-famous "Happy" by Pharrell Williams, quite possibly the cheeriest song known to man, the newly released "Don’t Worry Be Happy", by Bobby McFerrin, as well as the Aqua hit "Cartoon Heroes." Trollfest Signs With Napalm Records
Legendary Norwegian outfit Trollfest is back, ready to deliver their groovy, energizing and K.A.O.S-infused sound to the masses! After gathering millions of streams on YouTube and Spotify, Trollfest will be joining Napalm Records for the next chapter of their career. Since forming in 2003, the band has played numerous shows all around the world, making appearances at Wacken Open Air, 70.000 Tons Of Metal and Summer Breeze, sharing the stage with Alestorm, Wintersun, Korpiklaani and Finntroll, making a name for themselves as the pioneers of True Norwegian Balkan Metal!
In True Norwegian Balkan K.A.O.S., Trollfest release an energizing and bombastic re-recording of their classic "Der Jegermeister" to celebrate their signing to Napalm Records. “Der Jegermeister” is the magnificent, brilliant, wisdom super troll that loves to hunt and drink, and is a fan favorite at live shows! This re-recording will get you moshing on your sofa, raiding the kitchen for alcohol or wherever mother, wife, husband, partner, dog or cats hide them. Trolls never hide alcohol.
Trollfest on signing with Napalm Records:
"There are few things more welcome than good news in tumultuous times and with that in mind it is with unbridled joy that we announce our signing to Napalm Records. We are excitedly excited about this excitement and have overwhelmingly positive feelings of exuberance toward this endeavor. It is a pure honor to work with such legends. Gleefully chipper and tremendously exalted, we cannot wait for the next chapter of TrollfesT history where world domination, millionaire status, private airplanes and studios built of beer are sure to only be the minor ingredients, that or we will continue to roam the outskirts of obscurity. Either way, we will enjoy ourselves stupendously." More...
