Noctem Streaming Entire New Album

Noctem is currently streaming the band's entire new album "Oblivion" online. To check out the upcoming release, head over to the Noctem Facebook page. The stream will be available until Sunday, June 12th, with the album seeing official release on June 13th.

Noctem Posts Single From "Oblivion"

Noctem has posted the first single online from the band's upcoming album "Oblivion." You can check out the new song "Invictus" by heading over to the band's MySpace profile. Noctem Reveals New Album Details

Noctem has announced that the band's new album will be titled "Oblivion." You can check out the cover artwork after the jump, and the band also commented:

"The second part from the trilogy that started with 'Divinity' is going to be the hardest, fastest and darkest opus from the band until the date. The album has been produced by Daniel Cardoso (Angelus Apatrida, Ava Inferi, Anneke Van Giersbergen) and recorded in the Ultrasound Studios 2 from Portugal.

"The cover has been created by Marcelo Vasco, brazilian designer who worked with Noctem in the Divinity's cover and also worked before with bands like Dimmu Borgir, Dark Funeral, Satyricon, Belphegor, Gorgoroth and many more. Oblivion is going to be released worldwide through Rising Records. These are the dates you must remember! Pre-release in Spain: 25 /04/ 2011 (Signed limited tour edition) & Worldwide release: 13/06/2011. The band will start presenting the album on the road in the first assault of their Spanish tour from the end of April!"

Noctem Signs To Rising Records

Noctem recently announced that the band is recording a new full-length album. Rising Records has now checked in with the following brief update about signing a deal with Noctem to release the album:

"We are delighted to announce the signing of Spanish metallers Noctem. Their second album is due for release in April."

Noctem To Record New Album

Spanish act Noctem has checked in with the following brief update about entering the studio to record a new album:

"Noctem is going to enter the studio in February for the recording sessions of their new album. Daniel Cardoso from Ultrasound studios from (Braga, Portugal) will be the producer of the new opus of the band. Details of the album will be revealed soon."

"Hall Of Metal" Compilation Available For Download

As My World Burns has issued the following announcement about providing a song for the "Hall of Metal Volume 1" compilation:

"After several months of hard work, and coinciding with our 4th anniversary online, we have the pelasure of offering our readers and friends a special present: our first compilation, as a free download. Under the title 'Hall Of Metal Vol. 1' you will find a double CD playing up to nearly 160 minutes of length, including 32 Spanish bands (with lyrics in English) who altruistically gave us permission to use their songs freely, which now we offer you in two formats: mp3 and flac (lossless). Also included in the file you'll find a PDF document in which we included, besides every band's bio, info about all songs and links to the band's websites and contact details. Since we wanted to give this compilation an international character, all the info is in English. Finally, you will also find the artwork made by our friend illustrator Daniel Alonso known for his jobs for DARKSUN, SAUZE or DÖXA, among other bands."

Gorgoroth Announces New European Tour Dates

As previously announced, Gorgoroth will be on the road on November 20th for the 2nd leg of the “Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt” European tour, with Cavus and Noctem as support bands.

Noctem Begins Filming Second Music Video

Spanish metal band Noctem has issued the following update:

"Today Noctem starts the new videoclip recording sessions with the same director from their last successful video 'Across Heracles Towards' (Miguel Angel Font Bisier from Ht Prods). The band will be recording the first part of the new video in 3 days, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. On day 17th some fans are going to appear as extra actors. The second part of the video is going to be recorded in Malvarrosa media Studios from Valencia too, on days 6 and 7th of march."

Death metalers INCANTATION will return to Europe in early 2010 with labelmates Hate, who are on their own destroying South America this winter. Both INCANTATION and HATE will be supporting their latest records on this tour, with support from DIVINE EVE and NOCTEM.

Noctem Signs With NoiseHead Records

Noctem has signed a deal with NoiseHead Records (Austria). The band is now writing all the material for their debut album, which is to contain ten new songs. The band will enter NoiseHead Studios on January 30th, 2009 to record the album, which expected to be released in Europe and North America later in the year.
