Phaze I, a new project from brothers-in-crime David & Frank Potvin (Lyzanxia) and long time friend Dirk Verbeuren (Scarve, Soilwork) signed a deal with Scarlet Records. The band just finished working on their debut album, mastered by Peter In De Betou (Rammstein, Marduk, etc.) at Tailor Made Studios and already described as the perfect mix of extremely powerful bands such as Dimmu Borgir, Emperor, At The Gates, Strapping Young Lad and, of course, Lyzanxia and Scarve. Lyzanxia Sign To Reality

Reality Entertainment have announced that they have signed a worldwide deal with French metal icons, Lyzanxia, and will be releasing their new album, Mindcrimes on March 9th, 2004. Lyzanxia, who have been among those leading the metal resurgence in Europe, have already released the new album, Mindcrimes, in Southeast Asia and France, where it was met with the expected enthusiasm and acclaim by fans and media alike. Now, they will release it in the United States and the rest of Europe, where they are building a core base, receiving thousands of emails from new fans in the U.S. who have heard and seen the band online or have seen them in export press publications.

According to vocalist/founder David Potvin, "It was important to us that we waited to get with the right label in America before releasing this record. Reality understands the whole metal scene both in the U.S. and Europe and we are excited to be with them." Reality CEO Warren Croyle adds, "Although metal is not the only music we release on Reality, it is something that everyone involved with the label understands and appreciates. Lyzanxia is a genuine innovator in the metal genre and we plan to build it market by market in The States."

The band plan to follow the CDs U.S. release with a U.S. tour this summer.
