"A wheel bearing seized up, became hot, caught on fire, seperated the wheel from the van and caught our van as well as a neighboring field on fire. We are playing in Boise tonight at the shredder. We towed the van to the club.
"If any of you Boise people could come out, that would be great. Also, if anyone feels like donating to our 'get home' fund please send money to firstname.lastname@example.org via pay pal.
"Our merch store is also working. we are out of shirts and nesseria split records but we have other stuff. Please help because until we make 800 dollars, we are stuck here indefinitely. Thanks!"

Prosthetic Records is currently auctioning an Epiphone Prophecy Futura Custom EX on eBay, with all proceeds benefitting the T.J. Martell Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports research for cancer, AIDS and leukemia. The guitar will be signed by the six Prosthetic acts who will play the label's inaugural SXSW showcase at Mohawk in Austin, Texas on Wednesday night (Mar. 17): Scale The Summit, Landmine Marathon, Withered, Book of Black Earth, The Funeral Pyre and Clinging To The Trees of a Forest Fire.
The T.J. Martell Foundation was recommended to Prosthetic by the management of legendary vocalist Ronnie James Dio, who was diagnosed with stomach cancer late last year. A 501(c)3 non-profit founded in the 1970s, the Foundation has helped Dio receive key treatment in his
ongoing battle against cancer. More information on the organization can be found at www.tjmartellfoundation.org.
Prosthetic was honored to receive these words of encouragement directly from Dio himself shortly after the auction went live on Monday:
"It's great to be a part of your wonderful charitable event, and all the caring performers who are giving of themselves to aid the charity of my choice. My current misfortune has opened my eyes to the constant need for funds to battle the ravages of cancer, and I am therefore pleased to endorse your efforts to auction off an Epiphone guitar signed by the aforementioned musicians to benefit the T.J.Martell Cancer Foundation. Let's hope a generous amount of money can be raised for this ultra-worthy cause. Thanks so much for you concern and humanity. It's a gesture of kindness I will never forget.
Love and Magic to you all,
Ronnie James Dio"

Prosthetic Records has signed Denver, Colorado's Clinging to the Trees of a Forest Fire. The band formed in 2006 and released an EP titled "Harmonies From Bleeding Mouths" that year, and released their first full-length "Omega Drunk On The Blood Of Alpha" in 2008 on Debello Recordings. The band is currently recording their Prosthetic debut, which is slated for a late spring/early summer release.
Vocalist Ethan McCarthy commented on the signing and new album: "Our new CD is being recorded by Dave Otero at Flatline Audio (Cephalic Carnage, Catheter, Cobalt) and it is our most dynamic, bleakest, and dirtiest material to date. Colorado based metallers Clinging To The Trees Of A Forest Fire have issued the following update about releasing a new album:
"We are happy to announce that Debello Records is going to be releasing our new album. We are still working out the details, so we will keep you updated. Its not definite, but look for the new album to be released at the end of March/early April. Make sure you go and show Debello some some for us! THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT!"

Colorado based metallers Clinging To The Trees Of A Forest Fire have issued the following recap after their recent east coast tour:
"Hi kids! We would like to thank everyone that came out to see us during this last East Coast tour. Thanks to all of the bands/people that helped us out with shows as well. If I could sum up the tour I would say that it was a series of extreme up's and down's. If you were there for one of the 'up' nights, you probably know it, if you were there for one of the 'down' nights you probably didn't talk to us because no one did on those nights. Also, if you took pictures or video of us please send it to us! We can't fit a merch guy into our van so we always end up at the end of our tours with absolutely no footage or pictures unless someone else takes it. We will send you a special surprise if you hook us up. I guess that's about all for now.
"I might post a tour journal in the next few weeks if I have time. We're all in the process of getting new jobs/going back to old jobs, saving money, AND writing material/getting ready to record for our next full length. I will definitely keep everyone posted on those happenings. West Coasters, we plan on coming out your way in March/April so look for that. I'll post the tour dates on here as well as on the myspace and every where else I can.
"Thanks for the support!"
