Below is our complete Glorior Belli news coverage, including columns and articles pertaining to the band. Some articles listed may be indirectly related, such as side projects of the band members, etc.
French band Glorior Belli has issued the following announcement about creating a side band to release a new album:
"During the past couple of months there have been a few announcements about Glorior Belli's new full-length and artistic direction, yet it was still unclear where all those changes would take us. Today, we'd like to bring a new development to your attention: Experimenting has always been an important matter to us, however having the new material tagged as Glorior Belli would be inconsistent, unless we really never go back to playing black metal.
"So in order to set things right, we decided to create a side project called '11 As In Adversaries' and release 'The Full Intrepid Experience of Light' [previously announced as Glorior Belli's 4th full-length] as a debut. Separating things will help us being more efficient on all fronts. We understand that this decision can be confusing but it's really just a formality!
"The foolhardy venturers who has shown their support to the new material and would like to keep doing it are welcome to follow '11 As In Adversaries' on Myspace. Note that there is truly a successor to 'Meet Us...' coming for Glorior Belli. More information will be revealed soon."
UPDATE: Glorior Belli has now announced this album will be released through a side project titled "11 As In Adversaries," due to stylistic differences from the other Glorior Belli albums.

Glorior Belli has announced the addition of new drummer "G." The band comments on the progress of their new album with the new drummer, "And G. (Frostmoon Eclipse, Deathrow, Macabre, Omen) has just laid down the drum tracks for the new record: 'The Full Intrepid Experience of Light' - To be released later this year."
Vocalist Julien, formerly known as "Infestvvs," of French black metal act Glorior Belli has issued the following update about parting ways with all of the other band members:
"What's going on with the line-up FFS?! Clearly there's an issue here...After (too) many changes and (too) many mistakes from my side, I have decided to go on my own way and do what I should have done in the the very first place with Glorior Belli: A SOLO project, helped by a handful of musicians for LIVE related matters.
"I want to make sure this isn't going to 'hurt' the people we have recruited lately, as there was absolutely nothing wrong with them, besides the fact that I AM a control freak. So please note that this is on ME only. The solitary path is the only one I know and the only one that gives satisfaction at the end of the road for me. I hereby would like to send the most wishful thoughts to everyone that has been involved in GB's activities for a few hours or a few years. You know who you are!"
Glorior Belli also recently finished recording their fourth full-length album "The Full Intrepid Experience of Light," which will be released via Candlelight Records. A teaser trailer for the new album can be viewed below. More...
Glorior Belli has issued the following announcement about recruiting a new bassist and drummer:
"Summer time is now over and after a short trial of faith, Glorior Belli again shall rise!
"As always there is a change in the line up, only this time we proudly welcome two very promising American fellows, also involved in a deadly well-known project called 'Unearthly Trance'. Our comrades from New York respectively named Jay and Darren will take care of the rhythm section (understand Bass and Drums) full time. Chris (aka Alastor) and Julien (aka Infestvvs) will still handle the Guitar/Vocals duties like they used to. We all decided to let go of our nicknames for obvious reasons.
"Therefore, Glorior Belli should probably be able to give a few live shows in a while, assuming 'you' understand the logistic it now requires. Thunderdome Touring (Dan) remains our booking agency in North-America. In any case interested people should get in touch as always through our regular email: gloriorbelli [@] hotmail.com
"Also, the four of us will most likely start working on some new tunes soon, but more on that later, as good things come to whose who wait."

"The line-up is now:
Infestvvs (Composition - Guitar/Bass/Vocals)

Caym (Live Bass)

According to a press release, this is the first show the band has ever cancelled and Withering Soul wants their fans to know that they did not make this decision lightly and that all possible options were taken into consideration. Withering Soul has never canceled a show in the past and even finished a set back in August of 2008 alongside Finntroll (Finland) after an injury that occurred on stage at Mokena’s Pearl Room.
