The Eyes of a Traitor has checked in with the following announcement about a European tour with Maroon, After the Burial, and The Agonist:

"We are excited to report that we'll be touring Europe in October/November with Maroon! The tour kicks off October 15th in Schweinfurt, Germany and wraps up November 11th in Berlin, Germany. Be sure to come out to these shows; we might even give you a taste of the new album we've been working on. You can check out the official press release and tour dates below:

"German panzer Maroon will return in full swing to take over Europe. Driven by the band’s steadfast dedication to honest, vigorous and timeless metal they will deliver a live show to remember. Support will come from the USA’s hottest export when it comes to technical yet-catchy modern metal. An 8 string brutal guitar assault is what you will get from Minnesota's own After the Burial.

"British metal crew The Eyes Of A Traitor will present their record Breathless to European audiences. ‘Breathless’, a head pounding assembly of raw fury and cavernous grooves, militaristic precision and throttling urgency. Rounding out this already immense package are Canada’s most exciting female fronted export, The Agonist, who combine shredding leads with pure technicality, topped off with the glamorous Alissa White-Gluz’s brutal growls, as well as dramatically melodic clean vocals. Be sure not to miss this neckbreaking monster of a tour."

The Eyes Of A Traitor Signs To Listenable Records

The Eyes Of A Traitor has signed a record deal with Listenable Records. THE EYES OF A TRAITOR came together in the summer of 2006. Finding their feet and own sound; the band take influences from a wide variety or artists, ranging from to the melodic sensibilities of bands such a Misery Signals, to the technicality of heavier bands such as Necrophagist, fusing together to create something unexpected from a band with an average age of 17.

Let age be no boundary; After the bands first miniCD "By Sunset," released by UK label Thirty days of Night Records, that has been home of Gallows and Bring me the Horizon, THE EYES OF A TRAITOR have had 3 UK tours and one European tour in the pipeline, high merchandise sales and are tipped as one of the most talented bands in the UK scene.

THE EYES OF A TRAITOR will storm the music scene this 2008 with the new full length CD (currently unnamed) due to be released with internationally acclaimed LISTENABLE RECORDS in late 2008, combining powerful, melodic, heavy and technical sounds together; big things are expected in the year to come.

You can check out some of the band's material on their MySpace page.
