The demands from fans have been met: Psychostick is returning to the U.K. bringing the legendary Green Jellÿ for the PsychoJellÿ tour.
With hilarious lyrics, heavy riffs, notorious stage antics and high-energy performances, this tour just got bigger.
While Psychostick's 2015 Ugly Americans tour was only 9 dates, the guys have stretched the jelly, with this 2016 trek extending from September 13th to October 1st to satisfy the hunger and bring more of "Beer," "Obey The Beard," "Dogs Like Socks," "Bruce Campbell" and more.
Plus fans can also anticipate a new music video for the track "So Heavy" arriving next week, so stay tuned.
Guitarist Josh "The J" Key comments: "Our first tour over in the UK was genuinely a dream come true. Now that we're going back, I want that dream to come EXTRA true. I want to see all my new friends again, and have a cheese and onion toasty." More...
21 years since the band's last video, release Green Jello is seeking funding to release a live VHS film/documentary about the group and it's wacky history of 600 odd previous members including Danny Carey & Maynard James Keenan of Tool, Karen Black, Weird Al Yankovic, Hulk Hogan, Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, plus members of GWAR, Cannibal Corpse, Fishbone, The Residents, Skid Row, Danzig, and many more.
The band has teamed up with filmmaker Rob Gabriele of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and has launched a Kickstarter campaign that has received 20% of the small $5000 goal in it's first two days. Get full details and contribute at this location.
The film will be released exclusively to VHS and digital download only available through the campaign and will not be available after the campaign closes.
Psychostick just released a video from the recording session with Green Jellÿ's Bill Manspeaker, who did guest vocals on the band's track "NSFW" featured on new album "IV: Revenge of The Vengeance" (reviewed here). The band comments:
"It's an honor to have Bill Manspeaker on our new record, because Green Jellÿ paved the way for what Psychostick does. We met Bill several years back when we toured with Green Jellÿ and Nashville Pussy, and we became friends. He is a super fun and downright fascinating guy, and a little known fun fact: HE is the one that actually designed and created our bassist Moose's first set of stage antlers- he gave them to him as a gift on that tour!"
In additional news, Psychostick recently wrapped up tour dates with Downtown Brown, Fungonewrong, and Hed PE and will be announcing 2015 dates in the new year. More...

The fantastically named band Nashville Pussy likes to be on tour. So much so that they must have spent at least twice as many nights on the road as they have at home since they began playing their dirty, bluesy rock back in 1996. Out on their most recent tour, the “Parental Advisory Tour,” along with comedy rock/metal outfits Green Jello and Psychostick, Nashville Pussy is bringing their rolling party to a club near you! And if you like rock and booze, or if you like just one of those things, you want to see this show really bad. More...

This tour marks the debut of Psychostick’s new bassist, Matt Kyzmeck. “Billy Rymer, the drummer from Dillinger Escape Plan, recommended Matt to us,” says Psychostick drummer Alex Preiss. “He [Matt] passed with flying colors and we're very excited to bring him aboard!” Former bassist Jimmy Grant left Psychostick in December 2009 for undisclosed reasons.
Best known for the song “Beer Is Good…. And Stuff,” Psychostick spent much of 2009 on tour promoting their latest album, “Sandwich.” The band released a video for “Girl Directions” in December 2009.
