Swallow The Ocean and Forgotten Empire Records have apparently parted ways. Swallow The Ocean has provided the following explanation:
"After our debut EP release on Jaunary 25th 2008, not much has happened between Swallow The Ocean and FER. We have recieved a total of 70 CDs out of the first pressing of 500 which have been placed at multiple distributors. We have not received any since.
"We will be afforded our last 50 CDs carrying the FER name sometime later this week. We will have these for sale at www.swallowtheocean.bigcartel.com
"There is no bad blood between FER and Swallow The Ocean and we wish Brandon and the FER family the best.
"We are now looking for a new home to properly release our EP and get it to the many people who have asked time and time again when and where it will be available. So look out for the EP equipped with all new artwork and some additional goodies."
