The Bled To Support The Used
With 297 shows under their belt in support of their debut Pass the Flask, The Bled will make one last trip around the U.S. before heading into the studio to record their follow-up album. The Bled snagged a supporting slot for the Used and will share the stage with Atreyu, Head Automatica, The Bronx and No Warning.
“We are finishing up roughly 16 months of solid touring in support of Pass the Flask , topping it all off with this tour alongside the Used. It’s going to be the biggest, longest and probably most insane tour we've been a part of,” says Jeremy Talley, guitar player. “It still hasn't really set in -- that we’re doing it. I'm pretty sure things are gonna get broken.”
Over the course of the last year, The Bled have supported bands including My Chemical Romance, Poison The Well, Avenged Sevenfold and many others, in the U.S as well as the U.K. In addition, the metalcore outfit spent four weeks on this year’s Warped Tour ruling the Interpunk.com and Smartpunk.com stages.
Upon completion of this tour The Bled will retreat to their home state of Arizona to begin work on their sophomore effort. Talley explains: “After the madness of this tour, we are taking the winter off to finish writing and begin recording the new songs. I don't want to talk too much about it since it’s still really early but so far the new stuff is coming out really ugly.” He adds, “This is a good thing if you ask me… We like ugly scary stuff and we’re getting pretty good at it.”
