Obscenity Streaming New Track
Metal Hammer Germany has posted an exclusive debut of the title track off the forthcoming release from veteran death metal act Obscenity, "Atrophied in Anguish." The long-running German band will release its eighth album on September 14th through Apostasy Records. Its first offering since 2006's "Where Sinners Bleed," "Atrophied In Anguish" was recorded at Soundlodge Studio (God Dethroned, Sinister, Dew-Scented) with producer Jörg Uken. Obscenity Announce New Bassist
Long-running German death metallers OBSCENITY have announced the addition of bassist Gregor to the group's ranks. Gregor will make his live debut with the band on April 21 at the Metal Inferno Festival in Paderborn, Germany.
OBSCENITY's seventh CD, "Where Sinners Bleed", was released last year through Armageddon Music. The follow-up to 2002's "Cold Blooded Murder" was recorded at Soundlodge studio in Rhauderfehn, Germany.
OBSCENITY was previously signed to Morbid Records, which issued four of the band's albums, ending with "Cold Blooded Murder".
