Finland's Soulfallen has issued the following announcement about releasing a new album in early 2012:

"Big news! It makes us extremely proud to announce that our new album 'The Promise of Hell' will be released on January 18th 2012! It will be released by our own label 'Grave New Music' and distributed by Inverse Records/Supersounds (Finland), Plastic Head (UK), Bertus (Holland), Sound Pollution (Sweden), Disk Union (Japan), The End Records (USA), Rebeat (Austria), Non Stop (Switzerland), and LSP/MetalZone (Belgium). "For your first real taste of Hell, a teaser of the new album is now available (see below) that features music from all the songs from 'The Promise of Hell'. Later this month we will also release the new track 'Dead and Dying' as the first official single.

Expect one Hell of a journey into an inferno of soul tearing sadness, unearthly ires and all the creatures caught in between. More...

Descend Issues Tour Recap

Sweden's Descend has issued the following post-tour recap:

"Eeeey! We just came back from the Grave New Finland-tour that we were on with our friends Soulfallen and Preach. And it was.. how could I put this delicate? AWESOME! The venues we played at had great sound technicians and big scenes. I mean, these last few days rocked our worlds and we really got an appetite for this thing called touring. And we're really eager to do it again.

"Now that we're back we got (yes, I'm always talking for the others as well) a lot of inspiration to write new material. We will probably go to Andreas cabin next month and have a little writing session involving a good time, writing and beer. Thank you guys in Soulfallen for everything!"
