This November, Flatspot Records will release the premier hardcore compilation of 2016 with "The Extermination Vol. 3."
Flatspot Records takes pride in their scene by releasing the bi-annual "Extermination" compilation titles, showcasing some of the new-blood in the hardcore/punk world, along with established bands that have been proudly carrying to the torch.
This series is a homage to classic hardcore compilations such as "Where The Wild Things Are," "The Way It Is," "Free For All," and others, where listeners discovered influential bands that still have an impact on our scene today.
Offer the owners of Flatspot Records on the upcoming comp, "The Extermination Vol.3 is coming soon and we couldn't be any prouder of this one. It's the perfect combination of established veterans and new blood all on one record. The goal was to bring the best that hardcore has to offer, while still giving you that throwback feeling and creating a modern classic that will stand the test of time. A lot of time and pride went into this project and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do." More...

Terror has teamed up with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins to kick-out the music video for “Mind At War,” giving another peek into new album "The 25th Hour." Check it out below.
Frontman Scott Vogel says of the track, “When Nick (Jett, drummer) first showed me this song, I immediately thought it had a D.R.I. 'Four Of A Kind' crossover feel to it which I love and is pretty fresh for Terror. Lyrically, everyone can relate to this. All our minds are at war within ourselves and this fucked up world. We needed a visual that bought to life the dark side of our thoughts and the Tom Soares legendary production really shows on this track.”
Terror's "The 25th Hour" will strike on August 7, 2015. Previously posted track "The Solution" can also be heard over here.
Terror just dropped a new black and white video for the track "Bad Signs," which can be seen at Altpress.com here. Front man Scott Vogel says of the track:
"When we started writing 'The 25th Hour,' our mind set was shorter, faster, harder-hitting songs, with nothing watering them down.
"Lyrically, ‘Bad Signs’ is about knowing yourself, seeing all of the warning signs about the mess you are living in, but still staying on that ugly path because that’s just who you are, for better or worse.”

Terror vocalist Scott Vogel just issued the following announcement about sitting out upcoming European shows:
"After messing my back up last week I just received the MRI results from the injury and I guess it's bitter sweet news. On one hand, it looks like I will not need surgery. On the other, I have a pretty decent disc problem in my lower back that is pressing on a nerve causing pain and also numbness down my leg to my foot. Feels kinda scary to be honest. This will take some physical therapy to correct and strengthen.
"Terror is scheduled to leave for our European summer tour in four days. This band does not cancel shows very easily and I would hate to be the cause of a whole tour being pulled. Our bass player, David Wood, sings for an amazing hardcore band called Down To Nothing and he is very capable of stepping in for me while I'm recovering.
"I'm hoping everyone is understanding of this situation and can rally behind Terror to make this tour as fun and energized as any other. It’s going be hard for me to stay back while the band is out there playing these shows and acting like weirdos in between them, but life goes on. Please help David out by singing along and as always, we really appreciate all of your support. It's times like this when it means the most."
Terror's new album "The 25th Hour" is also coming out August 7th and you can hear the track "The Solution" below. More...

Terror is currently streaming “The Solution,” the first taste of the band's most venomous and angriest album to date, "The 25th Hour," coming August 7th. Discover "The Solution" below.
On the track, Terror vocalist Scott Vogel offers, “We’re very glad to finally get a new song off 'The 25th Hour' out. This is the hardest hitting song that we’ve had in a while. The lyrics are about children that had grown up in households that are negative, violent, and destructive to their innocence. As the cycle continues, they soon will too become bitter and aggressive in their lives.” More...

In the clip below, Terror provides a one-of-a-kind animated experience, navigating the dark circumstances we face and finding solace in music. Frontman Scott Vogel offered:
“How many times can you make a video of us jumping around acting all mad at the world? I'm sure we’ll have a few more of those down the road, but this is a totally different, unexpected, and a fresh look for a Terror video, and that's a cool thing.”
Vogel adds, “Thanks to Carlo Oppermann (Comeback Kid, Stick To Your Guns) and everyone behind putting this thing together because, to be honest, we got off extra easy and didn't have to do any of those really uncomfortable video shoots and nonsense. Plus, now we have a video with hookers, handfuls of pills, and dead rats in it.” More...

December 12, 2013-- Flip baseball caps, blue bandannas and button shirts welcomed Suicidal Tendencies to the Mohawk in Austin, Texas. In a sense, the group was in town to visit old friends--fans with a devotion that stretched back to the early '80s. A large faction of youth, possibly the children of these older fans, helped provide the spark to keep ST's fire burning bright. This is not saying the older crowd members ever lost their passion for the group; I witnessed men in their '40s stage diving, crowd surfing and slamming to one of Los Angeles' most popular heavy acts.
Suicidal's musical mash-up of hardcore punk, thrash and funk works well with a variety of styles. I first witnessed the unbridled energy of ST front man, Mike Muir in 1992 on MTV's Headbangers Ball tour with Megadeth. That tour was marketed to the thrash crowd. Back then "Cyco Miko" burned up a stage several times larger than at the Palace of Auburn Hills near Detroit, Michigan than Mohawk's outdoor stage. Tonight's tour, dubbed "Slam City" after the track on the group's latest full-length recording "13," focused on the band's hardcore side with supporting acts, Terror and Trash Talk. More...
