Below is our complete Blackmass news coverage, including columns and articles pertaining to the band. Some articles listed may be indirectly related, such as side projects of the band members, etc.
Brazilian Satanic Black metal horde, BLACKMASS, have returned to SINISTER SOUNDS. BLACKMASS released their Devilish debut of Demonic fury, "Gloria Diaboli," on SINISTER SOUNDS in 2006, a masterpiece of Black Metal Blasphemy that has done well for both the band and label.
Their latest full-length, "Nemesis," was slated to be released on a different label, but due to unfortunate circumstances, it was mutually agreed that the band should look elsewhere to release this latest piece of Devilish warfare. "Nemesis" will be released in late February of 2008, featuring tracks such as: "Wondrous Hell's Flames," "Bleeding Heaven's Angels," and "Fierce Plague," among 8 others.
Open Grave Records has announced the latest acquisition to the label, BLACKMASS. BLACKMASS hails from Brazil and has been an active band in the black metal community since 2001. Founded by Lord Aeshma, BLACKMASS is a catalyst of "extreme technical abilities, blasphemy and fast compositions."
Band members of BLACKMASS include: Lord Aeshma (guitars), Magnus Dux Adramelech (vocals and bass), and Verberibis Necare (drums). After working diligently on their past aural assaults, including "Gloria Diaboli", it was only natural for them to take it a step further to make the brutal and blasphemous new release, entitled "Nemesis".
BLACKMASS will go into the studio in the coming months to record its latest CD, to be released by Open Grave Records in December 2007. The proposed track listing for "Nemesis" is as follows:
01. Wondrous Hell's Flames
03. Long Knives Rain
05. Bleeding Heaven's Angels
06. Midnight Bloody Skies
08. Burn It Down
09. Armoured Legions
10. Fierce Plague
11. Torve Morte

Brazilian black metallers BLACKMASS have posted a "raw, unmixed" version of a new song, entitled "Bleeding Heaven's Angels", at their MySpace profile. The track is set to appear on the band's upcoming full-length album, tentatively due in 2007.
BLACKMASS released their full-length debut, entitled "Gloria Diaboli", worldwide through the Canadian label Sinister Sounds (except in Brazil where it came out through Blasphemy Productions). The band was recently chosen as the "Band of the Month" by "Panzer Division", an extreme metal show which airs on Solarfall Radio.
