Metal Blade Records/High Impact Records recording artist A Love Ends Suicide has officially changed their name to Lets Fighting. The group has also posted a pre-production track which you can check out here. The band issued the following update:
"We have been MIA for quite a while now but as you can see we have a lot of new changes going on. We have officially changed our band name to 'Let's Fighting.' (For personal reasons) We got the name from a South Park episode. They had a song on one episode that went 'Let's Fighting Love,' but since we already had the word 'Love' in our last name, we just kept the first 2 words. It makes no sense but we like it. (Now each of us in the band can sport an A.L.E.S T-Shirt). We also added a new song to our music player entitled 'New Blood.' We shot the music video for the song about a week ago in Burbank, CA at Sound Staging Area. The video is being edited as we speak. We had Trevor, Brad, and Richie shoot our video (All Shall Perish, As Blood Runs Black, Job For A Cowboy, etc). We had such an amazing time doing it. We'll be putting a 'Making Of' the video up shortly. We're looking forward to the final product. In the mean time, we put a bunch of new pics for all of you to see from the video shoot (Taken by the one and only C-LOS). We are heading into the rehearsal studio full time next week for the next 2 to 3 months to finish the new album which still has no title. Until than, we will keep you all updated on whats going on. Stay tuned for a new myspace layout, music video, new music, and new merch. Until then, LET'S-FIGHTING-LOVE!!!"

As I Lay Dying vocalist Tim Lambesis recently started his own label, High Impact Recordings. Not suprisingly, the label will be an imprint of Metal Blade Records. High Impact's first signing is California metal band, A Love Ends Suicide (originally announced as a Metal Blade signing). Commenting on his new label and initial signing, Lambesis states:
"After being on tour for the past five years, I decided I should start a record label as I've met so many amazing musicians and I know this is the right way to give exposure to those bands I believe in. I've been given an amazing opportunity to work with Metal Blade on the release of some upcoming records and I'll now be teaming up with the same people that have put their hearts behind As I Lay Dying and I'm very honored to be doing so. A Love Ends Suicide is a band that I've wanted to work with for a while and will now be the first band released through Metal Blade/High Impact."
A Love Ends Suicide's new album, "In The Disaster," will hit stores on September 5th. For now, you can check out some material from the release here.
