"Job For A Cowboy are getting ready to board their flights for a tour across South America. The tour kicks off in Sao Paulo, Brazil and ends in Caracas, Venezuela. This is Job For A Cowboy's first tour of South America, so the crowds should be insane! South American metal fans are famously some of the most enthusiastic metal fans on the planet. Soon after the band's South American tour, Job For A Cowboy will head back to Europe to play Wacken Open Air during the first weekend of August."

Metalcore supergroup Arma Gathas played the ATAK in Enschede, The Netherlands, with Job for a Cowboy and As I Lay Dying. They have posted some photos of the show, which can be found here.
Arma Gathas were also quite impressed with their show-mates, saying "AS I LAY DYING played one of their best shows we have ever seen."
Job For A Cowboy and Whitechapel has announced that they will be teaming up this November for a series of shows in Europe. Also joining them on the trek will be Annotations Of An Autopsy and Trigger The Bloodshed.
Jonny Davy from Job For A Cowboy stated: "This is our first European headlining tour and we are beyond excited. We just finished our US tour with Whitechapel and are stoked to bring the party overseas! Fuck Yeah!"

Glendale, AZ based act Job For A Cowboy is one of the latest artists to make tracks available for play in the “Rock Band” franchise of video games. “Unfurling A Darkened Gospel“ from Job For A Cowboy's latest release "Ruination" is now available for download on the Rock Band Network. The organisers of Belgiums biggest metal festival, Graspop Metal Meeting, has confirmed the final bands for this years edition of the event. The biggest news is that Soulfly, the band led by former Sepultura frontman Max Cavalera, will be headlining the event on the Saturday. Other bands added to the bill include New York hardcore legends Sick Of It All, former Guns N Roses guitarist Slash, Hatebreed, Revamp, Oceans Of Sadness and Dear Superstar. The festival takes place in the town of Dessel from June 25th-27th.

Job For A Cowboy is currently in the midst of a spring North American tour. The 27 city headlining run sees the band perform live in Allentown, PA this evening and is slated to run through late May. Support on the tour is provided by Tennessee’s Whitechapel and California’s Cattle Decapitation with Salt Lake City’s Gaza (April 21 – May 5) and Boston’s Revocation (May 15 – 27) as openers.

The organisers of Britains Download festival has announced a further twenty two additions to this years lineup. Glam metal veterans Ratt and Cinderella will be performing at the event, as will British heavy metal icons Saxon. Other bands confirmed for the festival include Hellyeah, H.I.M., Airbourne, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Y&T, Unearth, Steel Panther, Job For A Cowboy, A Day To Remember, Lawnmower Deth, Coheed & Cambria, 36 Crazyfists, Dommin, Whitechapel, Taking Dawn, August Burns Red, The Blackout, Rise To Remain and We Are The Fallen.
The festival takes place at Donington Park and will be held from friday the 11th of June to sunday the 13th. Other bands confirmed for the festival include Motorhead, Megadeth, Deftones and Them Crooked Vultures, as well as headlining acts AC/DC, Rage Against The Machine and Aerosmith.

The organisers of Belgium's Graspop Metal Meeting festival has announced that four more bands have now been added to the lineup. The biggest announcement is that Aerosmith will be headlining the event on the friday. Also joining them that day will be reunited California grungers Stone Temple Pilots. Industrial metal legends Fear Factory will be performing at the festival and so will Atlanta based metal outfit Mastodon, who are still touring in support of their critically acclaimed album, "Crack The Skye."

In the year 2000 a band named “Limp Bizkit” came out with an album called "Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavoured Water" and in a storm nu-metal took over the public perception of heavy music, changing the face of metal irreparably. The New England Metal and Hardcore Festival will enter year 12 this April with an eclectic mixture of bands from the metal and hardcore genres. Returning to the Palladium in Worcester, Massachussetts, the event will take place on Friday, April 23 and Saturday, April 24, with an extra special pre-party sponsored by Atticus on Thursday, April 22.
