"We're happy to announce that Manifest has signed a record deal with the Swedish label/management ViciSolum Productions (Diabolical, Exeloume, Souldrainer). ViciSolum is a hard working, dedicated and ambitious label with a lot of killer bands on their roster. We have been in touch with them since 2011, when they did some promotion work for us when Written In Blood was released. Thomas (label manager) is a great guy and a true professional, we're excited to be working with him."

Norwegian outfit Manifest has issued the following announcement about working on an upcoming new album:
"Time for an update, it's been a while! After the tour we did with Master in November 2012, we have been focusing on writing songs for a new album.
"Right now we have 13-14 tracks that we are working on, most of them are more or less finished while others still has some work left on them. We hooked up with Håkon Gebhardt (ex-Motorpsycho drummer) and he will be producing the album.
"Gebhardt has done tons of good stuff, both as a musician and as a producer, and working with him will most definitely add something unique to the album. We had a listening session together a while ago, going over demo versions of most of the tracks, and the chemistry was just great.
"So that`s what`s happening, we are preparing our fourth album! Recording will happen at Das Boot Studio later this year."

Guitarist Ole Marius Larmerud of the Norwegian noise-thrashers MANIFEST fell off his bike yesterday and broke his elbow. "This puts us out of business for some time," reads a posting on the group's web site.
Commented Ole: "Yesterday I fell of my bike and broke my left elbow. This forces MANIFEST to cancel the upcoming gigs in Horten, Kristiansand, Trondheim and Oslo. I am not sure if we will be able to do the Norwegian tour in support of ENTOMBED [in late September]. I am going to an examination at the hospital in a week, so hopefully I`ll know more then. The timing of this stupid accident could of course not have been worse, as we have a lot of gigs in the near future. This sucks big-time, but there is nothing we can do about it. Right now, my arm hurts as hell, but at least, the doctor believes that it will heal fast and not have any permanent damage. For now, I'll just eat painkillers and focus on getting well." More...
