Metal Assault has posted a video interview online with Lenzig Leal and Brian Hopp from Cephalic Carnage, which was conducted at the Glass House in Pomona, CA on May 5th, 2011. The clip can be viewed below.
Between the Buried and Me will release a new LP, titled "The Parallax: Hypersleep Dialogues," on April 12th via Metal Blade Records. The three-song strong, 30 minute release was recorded at Canada's Metalworks Studios and Rattlebox Studios and produced / engineered by the Grammy award-winning David Bottrill (Tool, Muse, King Crimson, Dream Theater, etc.) with the band. In advance of its release, MetalSucks premiered "The Parallax: Hypersleep Dialogues" in its entirety here.

The recently announced demise of Guitar Hero may be leaving some metal fans in the lurch, but anyone who wants to rock out to heavy music this weekend can still look forward to new tracks added to the Rock Band Network.
Xbox 360 players get songs from Dying Fetus, This or the Apocalypse, Oceano, Motionless in White, Dirge Within, Cephalic Carnage, Decrepit Birth, and Nightrage. Starting on February 15th, the PS3 edition will receive more music from The Red Chord, A Day To Remember, and Sonata Arctica.

CIRCLE OF ANIMALS has posted a brand new MP3, “Poison The Lamb,” off their debut album "Destroy The Light" online courtesy of AlarmPress.com, and Crustcake.com. 'Destroy The Light" will see its North American release on Tuesday October 12th.
CIRCLE OF ANIMALS is Sanford Parker (MINSK, THE HIGH CONFESSIONS, BURIED AT SEA) and Bruce Lamont (YAKUZA) along with a rotating cast of established drummers. The track “Poison The Lamb,” for example, features Steve Shelly (SONIC YOUTH) behind the kit. Denver, Colorado grind metallers Cephalic Carnage have been announced as the headline act for the first annual Rocky Mountain Goat Roast Festival. The Rocky Mountain Goat Roast Festival is set to take place on Saturday, August 28th, 2010 in Greeley, Colorado. Tickets are being sold at the location (625 3rd St. #D in Greeley, Colorado) for $20 and event organizers will also be selling roasted Pig and Goat to concert goers.
