Eventide Put On Hold

Swedish act Eventide has issued the following announcement about putting the band on hold indefinitely:

"We are sad to announce that Eventide is put on hold for an undetermined future. This is due to lack of time and a need to prioritize other things.

"Good news is that Max will be playing the drums in Degradead during their tour in Russia, starting this Friday in St Petersburg. So if there are any russian fans out there, check out the Degradead website for dates!

"We’ve had so much fun with Eventide through the years, and it certainly is an era that we now leave behind. Please continue to buy our albums and listen to us on Spotify and iTunes. This website will still be running.

"Thanks to all our fans that have stayed true to Eventide over the years!"

Eventide Provides Band Update

Swedish death metal band Eventide has issued the following band update:

We have a strong feeling that this new year will be a good year for Eventide. We are writing material for a full-length album that we'll start recording in a couple of months. The new songs are turning out great and we are extremely excited to show the world our new works. Hopefully we'll manage to convince a decent label that this music is worth investing in.

Eventide Post Studio Update

Swedish melodic death metallers EVENTIDE have issued the following update:

"Due to the past weeks giging we had to put the recording on hold. We are about halfway throught it now. Drums and bass are done and the rhythm guitars will be finished tonight.

The CD has been given the name Planet Plague and will contain 4 tracks, which will all be available for free here on the website and on our myspace-site."

Eventide Commence Work On New Material

Swedish metallers EVENTIDE have issued the following update:

"As we stated earlier, our record label, Cartel Media, is no more. While searching for a suitable label we have pressed 200 copies of the album. This enables us to keep the costs down so you can buy the album a little cheaper than before. Visit our Store to get your own fantastic copy of the masterpiece!

A huge thanks to the people who attended the show in Eskilstuna. A special thanks to 'Täby Rockers' for painting our name all over their car with shoe polish! Big thanks to the crew at Club Hate for making it a pleasant evening!

What else is happening with Eventide? We've started writing new material and that is what we'll focus on the coming months. The plan is to record a promotion CD this summer with three or four new songs."

Eventide Part Ways With Cartel Media

Swedish metallers EVENTIDE have issued the following update:

"Our record label, Cartel Media seems to have dissapeared. We will continue on our own from now on and press the album plus some t-shirts ourselves. Hopefully they'll be available for purchase within a months time. Tons of new live photos uploaded in our refreshed session section."

Eventide Signs With Cartel Media

Cartel Media has announced the signing of Swedish newcomers Eventide. Eventide was found in 1998 and has seen the release of several demos and one MCD since then. Their current output "No Place Darker" has received awesome reviews all over the world and has helped to establish themselves as one of the top newcomers in the European Metal Scene.
