German thrashers PARADOX have issued the following update:

Paradox Post "Infected" Video Online

"Infected", the new video from the long-running German metallers PARADOX, can be viewed here. The track — which is available for free download on the band's MySpace page — comes off the group's fourth album, "Electrify", which is scheduled for release on January 18 via AFM Records. The CD was produced by guitarist/vocalist Charly Steinhauer and was mixed and mastered at the Hansen Studios in Denmark by Jacob Hansen (RAUNCHY, DESTRUCTION, HATESPHERE). Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Monument", "Second Over Third By Force", "Infected", "Portrait in Grey", "Hyperspeed Hallucinations", "Bridge to Silence", "Disconnected", "Cyberspace Romance", "Electrify", as well as a cover of BLACKFOOT's "Good Morning". Joining Steinhauer and guitarist Kai Pasemann in the group's current touring lineup are drummer Roland Jahoda (formerly of SOUL DEMISE) and bassist Roland Keller.

Long-running German metallers PARADOX have pushed back the German release date of their fourth album, "Electrify", to January 18 from the previously announced January 11. The CD was produced by guitarist/vocalist Charly Steinhauer and was mixed and mastered at the Hansen Studios in Denmark by Jacob Hansen (RAUNCHY, DESTRUCTION, HATESPHERE). Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Monument", "Second Over Third By Force", "Infected", "Portrait in Grey", "Hyperspeed Hallucinations", "Bridge to Silence", "Disconnected", "Cyberspace Romance", "Electrify", as well as a cover of BLACKFOOT's "Good Morning". Paradox Announce Album Release Date

Longtime German thrashers PARADOX have issued the following update:

"At last! After delaying the new album Electrify for three months is the release date now finalized for January 10th, 2008. Currently is the CD (produced by Charly Steinhauser himself) mixed and mastered at the Hansen Studios by Jacob Hansen (DESTRUCTION/HATESPHERE) in Denmark. After that the band is planning to do a lot of shows in Germany and abroad and to join a few summertime festivals.

On January 12th, Paradox will headline the Deutsch-Festival in Athens, Greece and will celebrate a practical test for the new line-up.

On the new Keep It True double DVD (already released as well) you can see Paradox performing 'Paradox', 'Death, Screaming And Pain' and 'Heresy'."

Paradox Unveil New Lineup

Long-running German metallers PARADOX will play their first show in five years at the Keep It True VI festival, set to take place April 8, 2006 at Tauberfrankenhalle in Lauda-K?nigshofen, Germany. Also scheduled to appear at the event are RIOT, EXCITER, ROSS THE BOSS (performing a set of early MANOWAR material) and SOLITUDE AETURNUS, among others.

PARADOX mainman Charly Steinhauer (vocals, guitar) is currently writing material for the group's long-awaited new studio album, tentatively due in 2006. Steinhauer recently contributed his vocals to "Fate Is Calling", the debut album from MAJESTY mastermind Tarek "MS" Maghary's solo project DAWNRIDER.
