Suicide Silence Gears Up For Tour, New Album

Riverside, California-based metal powerhouse Suicide Silence will kick off a European tour next week on Thursday, December 1stin Paris, France. Eddie Hermida commetns:

"Hold on to your butts cause we will be headbanging our way through your town! Bring your A game cause we will be bringing ours. The last time we were around you guys brought it hard as fuck now it's time to set the bar higher! Bring the FIRE!"

In the meantime, Suicide Silence has finalized work on the follow-up to 2014's "You Can't Stop Me," the band's first album to feature All Shall Perish vocalist Hernan "Eddie" Hermida. Suicide Silence Reschedules U.K. Tour

Southern California group Suicide Silence has announced that upcoming U.K. tour dates originally due to happen later this month have now been rescheduled to March of 2017. Special guests for the shows will be announced in due course.

The band posted this statement online: “UK, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be moving our shows to spring 2017. All previously purchased tickets will be honoured. We're sorry for the inconvenience and will see you in a few months!"

Suicide Silence Premieres New Song "Doris" Live

Suicide Silence premieres a new song entitled "Doris", taken from the band's upcoming new self-titled album , which will be out in stores coming February. The clip was shot during Suicide Silence's recent appearance at the "Ozzfest Meets Knotfest" festival and features Jose Mangin of SiriusXM‘s "Liquid Metal" fame as guest.

Whitechapel Kicking Off Tour

Knoxville-based Whitechapel will saw blade through a monstrous co-headlining tour with Suicide Silence starting tomorrow.

Sponsored by BlackCraft Cult Clothing, the "Straight Outta Hell" tour will commence on September 28th in Portland, Oregon and conclude October 22nd in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Suicide Silence Posts Remixed "Sacred Words"

Following news of front man Eddie Hermida re-joining All Shall Perish (while apparently still remaining full time with Suicide Silence), today a new remixed Suicide Silence track comes online. Check out this new rendition of "Sacred Words" below.

This odd dance floor version of the song was created by Dan Wilson and Doc Knocks and comes from the digital only "Sacred Words" EP, which will be released on October 23 via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The EP features the single "Sacred Words" as well as various unreleased tracks, including 3 live tracks taken from the band's RockPart Festival performance on August 9, 2015 in Hungary. Suicide Silence will release a digital-only EP entitled "Sacred Words" on October 23, 2015 via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The EP features the single "Sacred Words" as well as various unreleased tracks, including 3 live tracks taken from the band's RockPart Festival performance on August 9, 2015 in Hungary.

Suicide Silence To Support Korn On U.S. Tour

California based metal outfit Suicide Silence will be direct support to Korn on an upcoming U.S. headlining run this fall.

Suicide Silence will continue a crusade in support of latest album "You Can’t Stop Me," which came in at #16 on the U.S. Billboard Top 200 Chart upon its release last year.

“I have been going to Korn shows for about 16 years now,” says vocalist Eddie Hermida. “Korn was always a band that brought the rawest energy to the stage and I always looked to Jon for inspiration. 'Paradigm Shift' proved that Korn will always be there for us freaks and I am beyond proud to be a part of this band's history.”

The tour kicks off in Chicago, IL on October 1st and concludes in Tucson, AZ on October 30th. Tickets go on sale everywhere on July 22nd. More...

Suicide Silence Posts New Video

"Inherit The Crown", the new video from California deathcore masters Suicide Silence, can be seen below. "Inherit The Crown" is taken from the band's latest album, "You Can't Stop Me".

"You Can't Stop Me" is Suicide Silence's 1st album to feature new vocalist Hernan "Eddie" Hermida (ex-All Shall Perish) and also the 1st since the tragic loss of singer Mitch Lucker. The album was produced and mixed by Steve Evetts (Sepultura, The Dillinger Escape Plan).

Mitch Lucker died November 1, 2012 after a motorcycle crash in Huntington Beach that Halloween night.

Knotfest Announces Onsite Attractions

Slipknot’s Knotfest has announced new details about the onsite attractions and activities for fans at the October 24th - 26th destination festival held at San Manuel Amphitheater & Campgrounds in San Bernardino, CA.

From the Slipknot-curated Slipknot Museum to an onsite tattoo parlor, flaming carnival games, and even the unforgettable Scent of Knotfest, the festival promises an epic experience for Maggots and metalheads even apart from the five stages of earsplitting music.

Knotfest’s massive lineup features Danzig, Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat, Of Mice & Men, Anthrax and dozens more playing on five stages on Saturday and Sunday.

A Friday night VIP pre-party bash will feature exclusive performances from Suicide Silence, The Black Dahlia Murder and more, as well as other activities for those that have purchased VIP or camping packages.

As previously announced, Slipknot will close Stage 001 both Saturday and Sunday, with unique sets each night, featuring brand new music and an entirely new stage set and experience.
