Connecticut/New York thrash metal band Indestructible Noise Command has just added brand new U.S. dates to the group's upcoming performance schedule. I.N.C. will make appearances on April 7th at Saint Vitus Bar in Brooklyn, NY, April 14th at WJRR’s Earthday Birthday at Tinker Field in Orlando, FL, and on April 19th at Dingbatz in Clifton, NJ as part of Jose Mangin's Hard Attack Thursdayz. I.N.C. recently signed with Extreme Management Group (EMG), also known for representing Suffocation, Origin, and more. I.N.C. is currently in the studio recording new material and recently tapped ex-Chimaira drummer Kevin Talley to crush behind the kit on the upcoming release.
The band released the new album, "Heaven Sent… Hellbound," on August 23rd, 2011 with Rising Records with distribution through Candlelight Records. The album is produced by world-famous record producer Fredrik Nordström (At the Gates, In Flames, Opeth) and the artwork is illustrated by artist Sam Shearon (Iron Maiden, Rob Zombie, Fear Factory).

American nu metal veterans Limp Bizkit have been confirmed as the final headliner for this year's edition of Belgiums largest heavy metal festival, Graspop Metal Meeting. Also newly confirmed for the festival are Behemoth, Black Label Society, Godsmack, Slash and All Shall Perish, while the organisers have also announced that Young Guns and Lagwagon have pulled out of the event. Graspop Metal Meeting will take place in Dessel, Belgium from June 22nd - 24th and will feature the following lineup, with more to be announced shortly:

Apparently deciding not to take the suggestions of "Grunge is Dead but it's Keeping Us Alive," "We Couldn't Get Nickelback So We Got Each Other," "The Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Convention" or "The Barb Wire Tattoo Tour," Staind has now issued the following announcement about picking the winner of the band's contest to have fans name an upcoming tour with Godsmack:
"Hey all Staind fans, wanted to send a thank you to all those who participated in the Name the Tour contest. We're excited to announce the the official name of the tour is going to be the Mass Chaos Tour.

Staind has issued the following announcement about seeking fans to name the band's upcoming tour with Godsmack:

The organizers of the Rockstar Mayhem Festival have posted a "thank you" video clip online in which the bands that took part in the tour say their farewells to the fans. You can check out the clip below.
The 48 Hours Festival, powered by Rockstar Energy Drink, will take place on Saturday, October 15th and Sunday, October 16 2011 in Las Vegas. A trailer for the upcoming festival can be viewed below.

Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Three Days Grace, and Stone Sour are among the artists confirmed for the first ever Carolina Rebellion, which is set for Saturday, May 7 at Metrolina Expo in Charlotte, NC.
The current lineup for Carolina Rebellion is as follows: Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Three Days Grace, Stone Sour, Seether, Bullet For My Valentine, Theory of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, Hinder, Skillet, Saving Abel, Halestorm, Black Stone Cherry, My Darkest Days, Cavo, Rev Theory, Pop Evil, Art Of Dying and more. The festival will feature two main stages for the biggest acts in rock today, both sponsored by Monster Energy.

The official lineup and dates for the 4th annual Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival has finally been announced. Confirming much of what was leaked last week, DISTURBED, GODSMACK and MEGADETH will headline the main stage, joined by MACHINE HEAD, IN FLAMES, TRIVIUM, and many more bands. The tour will make a 26 date trek across the country beginning on July 9th at the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California. This summer’s mainstage artists, DISTURBED, GODSMACK, and MEGADETH, will be joined by a mix of the best hard rock and metal artists of today. IN FLAMES, MACHINE HEAD and TRIVIUM have grown through the ranks to now perform on the mainstage in rotating slots throughout the tour.
The JAGERMEISTER stage will feature UNEARTH, KINGDOM OF SORROW, RED FANG, and the winners of JAGERMEISTER Battle of the Bands. The Extreme Stage will spotlight SUICIDE SILENCE, ALL SHALL PERISH and STRAIGHT LINE STITCH.

While the official announcement has yet to be made, initial details about the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival 2011 are being reported around the 'net. Blabbermouth.net reports that Disturbed and Godsmack are rumored to be headlining this summer's touring festival, which will kick off in early July.

A new video trailer has been posted online promoting the forthcoming 2011 edition of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. While no bands have been announced several sites are citing the following bands and acts that are rumored to appear: Disturbed, Megadeth, Godsmack
In Flames, Trivium, Machine Head and Unearth. An official announcement is expected shortly.
Godsmack frontman Sully Erna has posted the first music video from his debut solo album. The video is for the song "Sinner's Prayer" and is included on his debut solo album, titled "Avalon." "Avalon" was released on September 14, 2010.

Five Finger Death Punch has checked in with the following brief update about touring alongside Godsmack and Drowning Pool:

Sully Erna, vocalist of Godsmack, has revealed details regarding his upcoming solo album. The album, which has been titled as "Avalon," is the first solo album from the Godsmack frontman and is set for release on September 14th, 2010. The first single to be released from the album is scheduled to be "Sinner's Prayer" and will hit radio airwaves sometime in the coming weeks.
A tour is also planned for late 2010/early 2011.

Alice In Chains will be performing at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally's "Rock 'n Rev" festival, which is set to take place from August 9th - 13th, 2010 in Sturgis, South Dakota. Godsmack has premiered their highly anticipated and MMA-driven music video for "Cryin' Like A Bitch" on Vevo. The video features UFC champions Chuck Liddell, Rashad Evans, Brock Lesner, BJ Penn, and Matt Hughes brutally knocking out the competition and showcasing their raw strength while Godsmack performs the aggressive rock anthem in a warehouse. "Cryin' Like A Bitch" is the lead single off of the band's forthcoming release, "The Oracle," available in-stores and online May 4th.
