Roxx Records Announces Vinyl Reissues

Roxx Records is kicking off 2017 with a bang and not one, not two, but three brand new limited edition vinyl releases. The label comments:

"After the successful launch of our Limited Edition vinyl series called the ‘Underground Series’ we are very happy to announce the 5th release in the series. We are very excited to announce that classic Christian metal band Saint has allowed us to add their 2010 release entitled ‘Hell Blade’ to the series.

"‘Hell Blade’ was the bands 8th official release and was hailed as an amazing return to form for the band with all of the original members partaking in this comeback album. Roxx Records is very excited to be giving this release its very first appearance on Limited Edition vinyl complete with brand new cover art made exclusively for this vinyl release. This release is limited to 150 pieces and each is individually numbered on black vinyl.

"In addition to this we are very happy to announce that after the HUGE success of the 2014 vinyl reissue of the Deliverance album ‘Weapons of our Warfare’ we are releasing a second and final pressing of this historic Christian metal album. Each copy is individually numbered and there will only be 100 copies pressed. Each one is in a very unique black and blue vinyl swirl pattern, making each piece unique. Each copy also comes with an individual CD download disc which is unique to this pressing. Saint To Enter Studio In January

Oregon Christian metal band Saint will enter the studio in early January to begin drum recordings for the forthcoming new LP "Desperate Night". Jared Knowland will produce the album which is expected for a March 2012 release through Retroactive Records.

In other Saint news, the band will reissue the 2006 release "The Mark" under the new name "The Revelation" in late January. The re-issue will also be remastered with a new cover.

Saint Inks Deal With Retroactive Records

Christian metallers Saint have issued the following update about signing to Retroactive Records to re-release their early material as well as a new upcoming album:

"This is pretty exciting news, Armor Records/Saint and Retroactive Records have made a deal....Retroactive Records is going to release Saint’s out of print CD’s like WOS and soon In The Battle. Also we’re bringing Josh back to the studio to redo Crime Scene Earth which will also be released on Retro. And then finally Saint new project is going to be out on Retro hopefully by Nov – Dec 09."

Disbelief, Falconer To Co-headline Night Of Power

German Deathcore band Disbelief will headline the Night Of Power Festival in the I-Park Hall Klingholz in Giebelstadt, Germany (near Würzburg) on October 15. Power metallers Falconer have been confirmed as co-headliners. All in all, 12 bands will rock the festival, the complete line up is as follows:

Saint (Josh Kramer)

The Night Of Power Festival started in 2004 to celebrate the five-year anniversary of Germany's online magazine PowerMetal.de. Because of the great success of last year's event, PowerMetal.de have decided to stage the festival again this year.
