Former Scar Culture/Mourn Makes Movement frontman Roman Garbacik has reformed with his original band 8 Trak Mind with Jason Hobart on guitar and John Lacafta on drums. A new album is slated for a fall 2007 release through Garbacik's label, Spare Change Records.
Ex-ALL THAT REMAINS and SCAR CULTURE members have formed a new band. The as-yet-unnamed group are currently seeking a drummer. All serious applicants should e-mail email@example.com. You must be willing to drive to the Springfield, MA area.
Connecticut's Torn Asunder have officially joined the Spare Change Records, the new label owned by former Scar Culture vocalist, Roman Garbacik. A track from the group's upcoming album, which will hit streets on September 13th, can be heard here.
Brooklyn-based SCAR CULTURE have officially called it a day, according to guitarist John Conley. "Adversity, line up changes and other obstacles have made continuing SCAR CULTURE in good conscience impossible," Conley writes in a statement sent to BLABBERMOUTH.NET. "Rather than cheapen the accomplishments and memories of what SCAR CULTURE has meant we have decided to let go.
"Thank you for all of your support over the years."
