Ted Maul has announced that they will be heading back on tour in the United Kingdom this October. Joining them on the trek will be The Defiled.
Ted Maul cryptically stated: “We have been locked in our laboratory injecting each other with new strains of swine flu preparing for this tour, we’re gonna pump you all full of negative rhythmics.”
"I must admit it’s with slight trepidation that we are announcing Ted Maul and The Defiled on one touring bill together!", states The Defiled bass player Drex. "From both our track records I’m not sure if either band is going to come out the other side without a fair few casualties. So lock up you daughters (and your medicine cabinets)... however the tour finishes it’s gonna be brutal!"
The tour dates are as follows: More...
Controversial U.K. dark art practitioners AKERCOCKE will team up with TED MAUL for a tribute/benefit show dedicated to late DECAPITATED drummer Witold "Vitek" Kieltyka on December 10 at the Camden Underworld, England.

Belgium's razorgrind pioneers LENG TCH'E have issued the following update:
"It is a well known fact that everybody in LENG TCH'E is an incredibly talented multi-instrumentalist (PS: John Myung, stop e-mailing me for tabs). So instead of looking for a second guitar player, Nicolas will return to his original position as guitarist, leaving the bass player spot indeed vacant. If you think you have the balls to play bass in LENG TCH'E, tons of motivation, your own gear and transportation, then send your application to firstname.lastname@example.org."

SIKTH's FORTHCOMING tour in July under the 'This Ain't The Summer Of Love' banner will be the last with singers Mikee Goodman & Justin Hill.
The decision for the frontmen to part company with the North London troupe is an entirely amicable one, with Goodman leaving to pursue other musical activities, including his longstanding Sad Season project, another brand new outfit (based in Brighton) plus work on the production side. Hill, meanwhile, is going to focus on the production work that is becoming increasingly successful for him.
The remaining four members, guitarists Dan Weller & Pin, drummer Dan 'Loord' Foord & bassist James Leach, are now well underway with the writing of the third SikTh album; already they've amassed a great deal of fresh material guaranteed to further extend the boundaries of progressive metal music. Simply, the future for SikTh continues to be an exciting one.
Needless to say, SikTh is now on the look-out for a new singer or singers, and applicants should contact the four musicians at email@example.com. More...
