West Virginia's Post Thanksgiving Bash Announced

Yesterdays Draught House and Stage in Wheeling, West Virginia will host their third Annual Post Thanksgiving Bash on November 28th. In addition to music, there will apparently be "Mashed Potato Wrestling." Here's the line-up:

All Out War Preparing New EP

Innerstrength Records has announced plans to release a new EP from All Out War titled "Purity Through Annihilation." The EP will include five new songs in addition to two covers and original demos dating back to 1991. All Out War will record the effort in October at Big Blue Meenie Studio in New Jersey. Dave Quiggle will handle artwork for the release and the effort should available late this year.

After breaking up in mid-2004, All Out War had gotten back together to work on new material in early 2006. Several of the members also continued playing together in Nerve Gas Tragedy.

All Out War Writing New Material

All Out War, as of late together again after breaking up in mid-2004, are currently writing material for their fourth album. The Poughkeepsie, NY group currently features the following lineup:

Mike Score - vocals
Jim Antonelli - guitar
Erik Carrillo - bass
Jim Bremer - guitar
Lou Iuzzini - drums

No official word yet on a release date or record label, but the band is reportedly still under contract with Victory Records.

Meanwhile, All Out War will play The Groezrock Festival in Belgium on April 29th.

New York hardcore/metal outfit All Out War are reportedly re-forming to do a short tour of Europe from August 18th through the 27th, 2006

Nerve Gas Tragedy Writing New Album

Nerve Gas Tragedy are currently writing material for their second album. The group, which features former members of All Out War, will record the effort this spring at Big Blue Meenie Studios in New Jersey. According to the band, who released their last album with Spook City Records, "We are considering a few options as far as labels go and we hope to have that figured out very soon, though we are still waiting a little while longer to make sure we consider all of our options."
