Twilight Force Posts New Trailer

Twilight Force will drop sophomore album "Heroes Of Mighty Magic" via Nuclear Blast this coming August 26th.

After revealing a first sonic taster from the opus last week, it's time to experience more about the making-of and the concept behind this magical musical journey. Check out a new teaser below.

Fabio Lione (Rhapsody Of Fire) commented: "I remember I was on tour with Rhapsody Of Fire and Gamma Ray in Scandinavia and while I was doin' some shows, the guys from Twilight Force called me and proposed that I be a guest on their new record...well...it was a great experience! I went into the studio with them and we had a great time together... a cool time with very cool guys... It took place on a day off from the tour... so I had some hours to do the parts, listen to the song and talk with the guys (...and drink some cappuccinos together!)

"I think the band were very nice with me and they had in mind exactly what they wanted from my collaboration... my parts were ‘epic’ and the vocal lines were made for my voice and style... I would like to thank them and I'm happy to know that Nuclear Blast is releasing this new work! I'm so sorry I couldn't attend their show in Northern Italy some months later. I really wish the best of luck to the guys and to their new work!" More...

Twilight Force Posts "Battle Of Arcane Might"

Swedish adventure metal band Twilight Force will release upcoming ridiculous opus, "Heroes Of Mighty Magic," on August 26th through Nuclear Blast.

Now the time has finally come for the band to present the first single: check out opening track "Battle Of Arcane Might" in the form of a new lyric video below. The band comments:

"Raise your steel! As the secret prophecies foretold, here is the first glimpse into the magic future! 'Battle Of Arcane Might' serves as a gateway from our past into the new world of 'Heroes Of Mighty Magic.' It bridges the tonal chasm between what has been, and what is to come. It is a fast paced adventure revolving around a seemingly futile battle between good and evil. When all hope seems lost, the Mages of Arcane Might hearken the call and unleash the fury of magic thunder upon the battlefield. Brace and immerse yourselves to learn the fate of the mortal realms!"

In other news, the band can proudly announce the guest bards on this forthcoming record. Fabio Lione from Rhapsody Of Fire joins on "There And Back Again" while Joakim Brodén from Sabaton appears on the title track, "Heroes Of Mighty Magic." More...

Fabio Leone Guesting On Twilight Force Album

Swedish adventure metal band Twilight Force is set to release new studio album "Heroes Of Mighty Magic" on August 26th through Nuclear Blast.

Today, the band can proudly announce the guest bards on this forthcoming record. Fabio Lione from Rhapsody Of Fire joined on the track "There And Back Again" while Joakim Brodén from Sabaton appears on the the title track.

Joakim commented: "When one of the best bands to come out of Sweden in a long time turns out to be your friends and people you have played with many times over the years, it's quite easy to feel proud about being invited to sing on the title-track on their new album, fantastic!"

The band adds: "It is an honour to have two of the most powerful, esteemed and renowned voices of the genre appear on 'Heroes Of Mighty Magic.' Joakim Brodén and Fabio Lione are two very different sonic entities. They each bring something very unique and captivating to our tonal landscape. Our old and revered friend Joakim appears on the title track of the album, and provides an excellent contrast to Chrileon's voice, at just the right moment in the song. Nothing in the world even comes close to Joakim's unbelievably mighty voice!

"Fabio did an amazing performance on 'There And Back Again.' He entered the Twilight Forge with a brave and proud mind, emerged victoriously and left us in complete awe. His familiar voice provided the track with an absolutely magical contribution. We feel really humbled and grateful to have been given the opportunity to create something alongside these two titans of the genre!" More...

Twilight Force Signs With Nuclear Blast

Swedish fantasy power metal act Twilight Force has signed on with Nuclear Blast Records. The foundation for what is now Twilight Force was laid out in 2011, with a quest to bring back the golden age of epic symphonic power metal.

By combining strong melodies with orchestral arrangements and fast tempos, Twilight Force wanted to create an intense and memorable listening experience; immersing the audience in a magic universe filled with wonder, heroic tales and mesmerising mythical worlds. Using their vast experience from previous musical endeavours, their classical training and technical proficiency, they started working intensely and meticulously in their studio in the heart of Sweden, the Twilight Forge.

The music took shape and grew from the depths of their hearts, and the basis of the songs swiftly came into existence. Hence, the first ever adventure metal album – "Tales Of Ancient Prophecies" - saw the light of day in 2014. In the wake of their successful first release, and two glorious tours across Europe with Sonata Arctica and Gloryhammer, Twilight Force have returned to the Forge to craft their second opus. The conquest has merely begun...

The band commented: "Sound the Horns of Triumph! It is with great exuberance that we can finally reveal that a legendary Scroll of Allegiance has been sealed. Twilight Force have entered into a pact with Nuclear Blast, and will henceforth stand proudly alongside venerable acts such as Nightwish, Sonata Arctica, Sabaton and Blind Guardian. This wondrous covenant will unlock magic portals to kingdoms unknown, and help us guide humans and kindred spirits alike into our mystical glorious realm. So, now is the time to rejoice! The Knights of Twilight's Might shall rise!" More...
