More Bands Confirmed For Graspop 2010
The organisers of Belgiums premier metal festival, Graspop Metal Meeting, has announced the addition of eleven more bands to this years bill. Among the latest acts are American supergroup Hellyeah, Australian rockers Airbourne and British heavy metal veterans Raven. The other confirmed bands are Katatonia, Evergrey, The Devil's Blood, Eluveitie, Finntroll, Dark Funeral, 3 Inches Of Blood and Sylosis. Brutal Assault Festival Confirms Two More Bands
The organisers of the Czech Republics Brutal Assault festival has announced two more bands for this years edition of the event. New York hardcore legends Agnostic Front will now be performing at the festival, along with other new confirmation, Swedish black metal artists Watain. Four More Bands Confirmed For Graspop 2010
The organisers of Belgium's Graspop Metal Meeting festival has announced that four more bands have now been added to the lineup. The biggest announcement is that Aerosmith will be headlining the event on the friday. Also joining them that day will be reunited California grungers Stone Temple Pilots. Industrial metal legends Fear Factory will be performing at the festival and so will Atlanta based metal outfit Mastodon, who are still touring in support of their critically acclaimed album, "Crack The Skye."

Seven More Bands Confirmed For Graspop 2010
The organisers of Belgium's biggest rock festival, Graspop Metal Meeting, has announced the addition of seven more bands to the bill. The biggest news is that iconic rockers Motorhead will be performing at the event along with Belgian metal veterans Channel Zero. Semargl Completes Recording of New Album
Ukrainian metallers SEMARGL have finished recording their new full-length album, "Ordo Bellictum Satanas," for an early 2010 release via German label Twilight Vertrieb. The recording sessions for the fourth SEMARGL's CD took place at Blacklight Recording Studio in Kiev. Guest musicians on this album include: Jonny Maudling (BAL-SAGOTH, MY DYING BRIDE), Nera (DARZAMAT), Iscariah (IMMORTAL, DEAD TO THIS WORLD, NECROPHAGIA), Novy (DIES IRAE, BEHEMOTH, VADER), Vrangsinn (CARPATHIAN FOREST, NATTEFROST).

UK gothic metal band, My Dying Bride, has issued the following update:
"My Dying Bride have been busy in the Future Works studio, recording material for a new EP release, titled Bring Me Victory. Two covers, one of the traditional 'Scarborough Fair' and a cover of 'Failure' by the Swans, will be part of this new EP. A new video has been completed as well to support the release."
"An October release date has been penciled in but this may be put back a little depending on how the last days of recording go!"

My Dying Bride Announces New Album Release Date
"For Lies I Sire," My Dying Bride's tenth studio album, is set for release March 23, 2009 and consists of none songs of crushing doom, recorded & mixed at Futureworks in Manchester, UK, with long-time producer Mags throughout the second half of 2008. It is the band’s first album since re-signing to long-time home Peaceville Records.
This album is the follow-up to 2006’s hit, "A Line Of Deathless Kings," and is the first studio album with new members Dan Mullins on drums, Lena Abe on bass, and violin/keyboard player Katie Stone. 2008 has seen a successful year for the band, having released their live CD/DVD "An Ode to Woe," plus their high profile "Unholy Trinity" shows re-uniting the "Peaceville three" (Paradise Lost, Anathema and My Dying Bride).
