Black Anvil has announced that the band will be teaming up with Swedish black metal outfit Marduk for a short series of shows in North America beginning this May. Also on the tour will be Aura Noir, Panzerfaust, and Hod.
The tour dates are as follows:

German progressive metal act The Ocean and progressive black metallers Enslaved have both announced their participation for the forthcoming edition of the Summer Breeze festival. Summer Breeze 2011 is set to take place between August 18-20, 2011 in Dinkelsbühl, Germany.

Marduk has checked in with the following update on the band's recent and upcoming activity:
"As Marduk's 20th year is coming to an end, we can reflect over the triumphant crusade that keeps marching on, and the foundation that stands. As mentioned earlier a monument of the first 2 decades of Marduk in the form of a box set is to be released next year. More news regarding that will be posted early next year.
"The band is currently preparing for the coming of 2011. First of Marduk will be appearing at the 70,000 tons of metal cruise. This 4 day trip will be seeing Marduk playing 2 shows with complete different set list each night. In connection with the cruise Marduk will also be reaching Central America. As have been posted earlier the march will be reaching Honduras and Guatemala. Its with great satisfaction we now also can announce a show in Costa Rica.
"On this see of rats shall we set our throne! With delight we can hereby announce 2 Swedish shows for next year. First of Marduk will be appearing in Strömstad on February the 26th together with Mayhem and Nifelheim. Don't miss out on that event. In July Marduk will also be appearing at the Getaway Rock Open Air festival in Gävle. The event taking place between the 7-9 of July. Marduk is confirmed for the Summer Breeze Open Air Festival in Dinkelsbühl, Germany. The Festival is taking place between the 18-20 of August 2011."
Hatebreed has been confirmed to perform at the 2011 edition of the Summer Breeze Open Air. The festival is set to take place from August 18th - 20th, and additional details can be found here. The organizers of the festival commented:

"Victorious Weapons In The East... Marduk have just returned to Sweden from the Asian Black Death Redemption tour. The band sends a big hail to all fans, crew and local promoters who helped to raise the Banner Of The Wolf over Asia!

Marduk also recently announced that Regain Records will commemorate the band's 20th anniversary with a limited edition box set to be released in early 2011. Additional details on the set and upcoming Marduk tour dates will be announced as they are made available.
Having recently returned from a stint on the "Blackest Of The Black" tour through North America playing alongside Danzig and Possessed (among many others), Swedish black metal squadron Marduk recently set out to destroy Asia. The tour kicked off this weekend in China and will pummel its way through Singapore and several locations in Indonesia before drawing to a close on December 12th.
In related news, Marduk is celebrating 20 years since forming in 1990. Regain will commemorate the band's 20th anniversary with a limited edition box set to be released in early 2011. Further details to be unveiled soon.

"Marduk has just returned to Sweden after completing the Blackest of the Black Festival - Tour throughout US-territory. Marduk played some legendary shows alongside cult acts like Danzig and Possessed. Undefeated and more intense the band is currently rehearsing to prepare for the upcoming tour which covers the most important venues in Asia. Check the tour schedule below.
"The time has come for Marduk to celebrate 20 wrathful years of blood and iron. 20 years have passed since Marduk started back in 1990 and the band is now going stronger than ever before. In a posting made through the official Toxic Holocaust twitter account the band announced that it, alongside European black metal act Marduk and Possessed, will be playing a free show in Minneapolis.
The show is set to take place at The Cabooze.
The full twitter posting reads:
"Free show with Possessed Toxic holocaust and Marduk in Minneapolis tonight @ the Cabooze !!! FREE!!!!"
Ohio progressive black/death metallers LOCUSTA, who expanded their fan base with a successful US summer tour alongside Tennessee black/doom Argentinum Astrum, will perform two local shows this November opening for the likes of Possessed, Marduk, Withered, and Toxic Holocaust (11/5/10) and D.R.I., Deadsea and Salvage (11/18). Swedish black metallers Marduk are currently readying for their return to the U.S. later this month as part of the "Blackest Of The Black" tour, founded by Danzig front man Glenn Danzig in 2003 as a way to promote extreme bands of his choosing from around the globe. The 2010 edition will officially kick off on October 25th and wind its way through over a dozen cities before making its last stop in mid November. Additional support will be provided by Possessed, Toxic Holocaust and Withered. Marduk will also be doing a handful of headlining shows throughout the tour in Arizona, Oklahoma, Ohio, Iowa, South Dakota, Utah, Nevada and California.
