Eden Circus Streaming New Track "Comfort"

German post rock/progressive act Eden Circus is streaming the track "Comfort." The song appears on the upcoming new album "Marula," which was just released orth America via Lifeforce Records.

Eden Circus Posts New Music Video

German post rock/progressive act Eden Circus, who recently signed to Lifeforce Records, released a music video for the new track "Her Lovely Hands Upon The Black Earth." The song appears on the upcoming release "Marula," which is set to drop on September 26th (Germany/Austria/Switzerland), October 6th (UK/Rest of Europe) and October 14th in North America.

Eden Circus Signs To Lifeforce

Eden Circus has inked a deal with Lifeforce Records, and the label had this to say about the band:

"Eden Circus' musical roots reach down to the nineties and they sound like modern postmetal, postrock and progrock bands. They're aware of that and don't intend to avoid it.

"Eden Circus are complex, with a distinct affinity for technical details. At the same time they try to make music that would work even without the details. Eden Circus are angry and opulent, solemn and with a knack for kitsch. they laugh about it, and yet it happens anyways. No holding back – when they're on stage and pathos and anger makes them smile, they know it was the right way to go. The band's music is inspired by every art that touched them. They play around with these influences until something new evolves, something good.

"In the years after the band's formation, Eden Circus chose an unusual path. No concerts, no releases. The creative process – trial and error, the gathering of ideas – was more important than the urge to perform on stage. The band in its present state used to only exist in it's members' imagination, there was no musical guideline to be followed.
