Fall of Empyrean has issued the following new album update:
"Friends, our label has given us an official release date for our third album A Life Spent Dying, it will be released Fri. May 14th, 2010. It has been a long time coming, it faced many delays that were out of our control, but we are back on track now and a new era for the band will begin. We are already hard at work on the next album, as we have half of it finished already. We would like to thank all of you for your patience and understanding, you will definitely be hearing a lot more from us from now on. We will be setting up our cd release show in mid-late June, more details coming soon!"

Phoenix metal band Fall of Empyrean has issued the following update:
"Grau Records has informed us that they plan to release our third album, 'A Life Spent Dying,' in the first part of April. No exact release date yet, but it will be available prior to the Doom Shall Rise Fest in Germany, scheduled April 9th and 10th. Once we receive an exact date, we will be sure to let you know. We will also be working on putting together a cd release show in late April here in our hometown, we hope to have more details on that soon as well. We would like to thank you all for your patience and support, and do expect to hear more from us from now on, as we have already written new material and plan to be more active in the coming years." Phoenix death metal band, Fall of Empyrean, has issued the following update:
"Hello friends! We just wanted to give you an update to let you know that we are working hard at writing new material. We already have two new songs down, that we are practicing, and have a few others that are being written. The two new songs are called 'No Absolution' and 'The Heart Corrodes,' and these are, by far, the most emotional songs we have ever written. And, that trend will continue for the rest of the songs we write for the next album, it will definitely be the most diverse and emotional album yet." More...
Phoenix death metal band, Fall of Empyrean, has signed to Germany's Grau Records. The band issues the following message regarding the signing:
"Fall of Empyrean is pleased to finally announce that we have signed with Germany's Grau Records, home of Longing for Dawn, Mourning Beloveth, Mael Mordha, and others."
"Our first album for Grau will be our oft-delayed third full-length, A Life Spent Dying. There is no official release date yet, but we hope to announce that in the near future. "
Arizona death metallers, Fall of Empyrean, have posted a new song on their MySpace page. The song, "A Long Silence," comes off their upcoming full-length album, "A Life Spent Dying." The album is to be released later this year.
FALL OF EMPYREAN's second full length CD, entitled "A Life Spent Dying", is scheduled for release in the summer 2007. The CD will be self-financed, but the plan is to find a label for support to promote, market, and distribute worldwide. The band just finished recording a three song promotional demo, for the full length. One of the songs, 'Vast But Desolate', can be heard at the band's MySpace page.

FALL OF EMPYREAN's self-titled demo is available for download in its entirety for free from their website, as well as two songs each from their EP "Anhedonia" and first full length "A Darkness Remembered".
Fall of Empyrean's first full-length album, 'A Darkness Remembered' has been released, in cooperation with Oak Knoll Productions. The album contains 8 tracks of melodic and atmospheric doom:

3) No Hope Before Me
4) Into Emptiness I Fall
6) Fallen Ways of God
7) A Mourner's Tears
8) In the Shadows of the Sun
The album runs approximately 63 minutes and is available from Oak Knoll Productions.
Fall of Empyrean have issued the following statement:
Guitarist and founder Justin Burning has decided to leave Fall of Empyrean. The split was amicable, with Justin citing a lack of interest and enthusiasm as the reason for the departure. The band's debut full length album, 'A Darkness Remembered' will still be released and promoted, in cooperation with Oak Knoll Productions.
