Aposento Paints A "Portrait Of A Killer"

Legendary Spanish death metal band Aposento, who recently revealed the cover artwork for the sophomore album "Bleed to Death," has now launched the first single "Portrait of a Killer," which you can check out in the player below.

"Bleed to Death" was recorded in Haro, Spain at Rocklab Studios by Dan Díez. The mix and mastering were performed by Jörg Uken in Germany at Soundlodge Studios.

The track list for "Bleed to Death" is as follows:

Aposento Reveals Cover Artwork, Title For New LP

One of Spain's oldest death metal bands Aposento has just revealed the cover artwork for the sophomore album to be entitled "Bleed to Death," which is set to drop on June 12th through Xtreem Music.

"Bleed to Death" was recorded in Haro (Spain) at Rocklab Studios by Dan Díez. The album was mixed and mastered at Soundlodge Studios by Jörg Uken, who previously worked with bands like Sinister, God Dethroned, Dew-Scented and Suicidal Angels.

The album is the first to feature Mark Berserk on vocals, who joined the band in 2014 just after the debut self-titled album dropped, and drummer Gabriel Valcázar, who joined in 2016. The band's current sound is faster, more technical and brutal.

The cover artwork (shown below) was created by Abigor Artaburu, who also created the band's debut full length. More information on the release, including track listing and first single, is expected soon. More...

Aposento To Record New Album

Spanish death metal band Aposento is finalizing details to enter the studio in early 2017 and record a second full-length album for Xtreem Music titled "Bleed To Death."

This impending album will feature vocalist Mark Berserk, who joined the back in 2014, as well as new members Gabri (drums) and Sergio (guitar).

Aposento released a self-titled debut album a few years back, which can still be heard in full below. Stay tuned for more details on "Bleed To Death" to arrive in early 2017. More...

Aposento Releases New Video

Spanish death metal outfit Aposento (formed back in 1990) has unleashed its first ever video clip, taken from debut self-titled album "Aposento," released back in May 2014 through Xtreem Music.

The chosen track is "Alma Condenada" ("Condemned Soul"), which represents the crushing death metal style of the band.

Just days before the release of Spanish outfit Aposento's self-titled album (due out May 1st), today you can hear the entire "Aposento" album below. Xtreem Music also comments:

"Formed back in 1990, they gained a good reputation with their demos '91 & '93, followed in '97 by their first mini CD after which they entered in a 15-year hiatus until 2012 when they reformed and released another mini CD which was well received within the Spanish extreme Metal underground and quickly making of Aposento a force to reckon.

"2013 was a busy year for the band, in which they concentrated on writing new songs for their long awaited debut full length album. And here it is!! 24 years after their inception, Aposento has just finished the recordings for their self-titled album that shows a truly classic style of Death Metal clearly rooted in sounds of 90's U.S. death metal like good old Cannibal Corpse, Death, Decidie, Massacre...
