Vancouver's Kill Matilda has released a new music video for the track "Law Abiding Citizen," taken from the upcoming six song EP/re-release "#Punk#Zombie#RocknRoll," due out on March 4th.
The EP features tracks from the band's 2011 full-length album "I Want Revenge" with an acoustic rendition of "Geisha With A Switchblade" and will be accompanied by a comic book created by vocalist/guitarist Dusty Exner.
The band will also be hitting the road in Canada at the end of the month for a live trek. Get all the details at this location.
Announcing the band's return after a small hiatus due to health issues from a tumor in a carotid artery and an Ectopic pregnancy, the members of Kill Matilda won't let the odds stop them from an ass-kicking mission for Punk, Zombies and Rock n’ Roll. Kill Matilda just can’t sit still even when the odds are against it. From a tumor in a carotid artery to an Ectopic pregnancy, when a band is on an ass-kicking mission for punk, zombies, and rock n’ roll, nothing's going to stop Kill Matilda.
Touring and moving around Canada relentlessly, Kill Matilda has called B.C., Quebec and Ontario home over the last few years, making it exceptionally clear that the band means business. Kill Matilda is gearing up once again to hit the road across the country from Vancouver to Montreal and settling in Toronto for a second time. Dates are available after the jump.
The zombie hunters will be on tour in promotion of new release "#Punk#Zombie#Rocknroll," a six song EP re-release featuring tracks from the 2011 full-length album "I Want Revenge" with an acoustic rendition of "Geisha With A Switchblade." The EP is set for official release on March 4th and will be accompanied by a comic book created by vocalist/guitarist Dusty Exner.

Vancouver's punk zombie hunting riot band Kill Matilda has issued a studio update on recording with with producer Garth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Mudvayne, The Melvins) for the second time with the band's upcoming yet to be titled EP. Vocalist / guitarist Dusty Exner states:
"We are honoured to be going back into the studio this fall with Garth to complete our EP. We have recorded a few fan favourites and will be recording some new material that we've written since our return to the West coast. It is as yet still under wraps but we know it's going to make our fans weak in the knees!"
The EP will be the follow up to the 2011 debut full-length "I Want Revenge," recorded at Vancouver’s Nimbus Studios. More...
