Germany's Scanner is streaming the new track "F.T.B. (Fuck The Bastards)," the new track from the upcoming comeback release "The Judgment." The album marks the first release from the band in 13 years (2002's "Scantropolis") and is the first studio effort to feature vocalist Efthimios Ioannidis, who joined the band back in 2003.
The album, which was originally scheduled for a December 5th release, has been pushed back to January 23, 2015 via Massacre Records.

German power metal act Scanner has unveiled the artwork for the upcoming long awaited release "The Judgement." The album is the follow up to the 2002 release "Scantropolis" and marks the first to feature vocalist Efthimios Ioannidis, who joined the band in 2003. "The Judgement" is set for release on December 5th via Massacre Records.
In recent news, the band welcomed back drummer Patrick Klose, who previously played with Scanner from 2010-2011. He replaced Franz Eichberger, who left in 2013 due to "religiously motivated reasons."

German metal act Scanner announced that drummer Patrick Klose (Ex-Elmsfire) has joined the band. Klose replaces Franz Eichberger, who left the band last month due to "religiously motivated reasons." Eichberger did play drums on the band's upcoming return album "The Judgement."
Klose will make his first appearance with the band on upcoming gigs in Milan, Italy and Moscow, Russia at the end of November.
German metal act Scanner has posted a rough demo of the new track "The Race." The song will appear on the band's new album "The Judgment," the band's sixth album and first in eleven years, which is targeted for later this year. The song marks the first taste of Scanner since 2002, when the band issued "Scantropolis" with then new vocalist Lisa Croft. Croft departed a year later and the band recruited Efthimios Ioannidis.
