Hollow Haze Announces New Album

Italian power metal act Hollow Haze detailed the band's upcoming new album "Memories of an Ancient Time." The album is set to drop via Scarlet Records on June 9, 2015. The album was mastered by Mika Jussila (Nightwish, Apocalyptica, Children Of Bodom) at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki, Finland.

The band has recently parted ways with singer Fabio Lione, but shortly after announced that Mats Leven (Candlemass), Rick Altzi (MasterPlan/At Vance) and Amanda Somerville (Trillium/Avantasia) took part in the recording sessions as very special guest singers. "Memories Of An Ancient Time" offers a wide range of musical landscapes, mixing heavy guitar riffs and pounding rhytms with inspiring and emotional lead vocals and choruses. Thanks to passion and hard work, Hollow Haze is not afraid to confront themselves with every music style, getting their inspiration both from the past and the modern heavy metal scene.

Hollow Haze Releases New Music Video

Italian metal act Hollow Haze posted a new music video for the track "No Rest for the Angels." The song appears on the latest release "Countdown for Revenge," which is available now from Scarlet Records (see review here). The album is the first to feature new vocalist Fabio Lione (Rhapsody of Fire/Vision Divine). The video is the second for the release, check out "We Must Believe" over here.

Hollow Haze Announces German Show; Special Duet

Italian metal act Hollow Haze announced that the band will support Tarja in Germany on October 25th at Festhalle Durlach in Karlsruhe, Germany. According to the band, vocalist Fabio Lione will also perform a duet of Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of the Opera" (which was covered by Nightwish in Tarja's tenure).

Hollow Haze has just issued the new album "Countdown to Revenge" in Europe this week, with September 10th as the North American drop date via Scarlet Records. Tarja's new LP "Colours in the Dark" dropped in North America this week via Eagle Rock imprint Armoury Records and is scheduled for European release on August 30th. More...

Hollow Haze Posts "We Must Believe" Video

Italian metal act Hollow Haze posted video featuring the new track "We Must Believe." The song appears on the forthcoming new album "Countdown to Revenge," which is out on August 27th via Scarlet Records. The album is the first to feature new vocalist Fabio Lione (Rhapsody of Fire/Vision Divine).

Hollow Haze Announces New Album

Hollow Haze has resigned with Scarlet Records for the release of the band's fifth LP "Countdown to Revenge." The band, now fronted by Rhapsody of Fire vocalist Fabio Lione (who replaced the departed Ramon Sonato in February of this year), will release the album on August 27th.

"Countdown To Revenge" offers a wide range of musical landscapes, mixing heavy guitar riffs and pounding rhytms with Fabio’s unique high pitched yet warm vocals and deep, intensive choruses. Thanks to their passion and hard work, Hollow Haze are not afraid to confront themselves with every music style, getting their inspiration both from the past and the modern Heavy Metal scene. The album also features collaborations with Antarktica and The Wintermoon Orchestra, making it grandiose and epic as never before. The album was recorded at Remaster Studio in Vicenza, Italy and was mixed by Ex-Heaven's Gate guitarist and producer extraordinaire Sascha Paeth (Avantasia/Edguy/Angra/Rhapsody Of Fire) at Gate Studios in Wolfsburg, Germany.
