American Heritage Posts New Song

With the release of "Prolapse," the new LP from Chicago's infamous American Heritage, less than a month away, a mangling new single from the band's sixth full-length has been dispatched online.

The fifth track, "Mask Of Lies," is arguably the most whiplashing, manic track on the record. Powered by neck-snapping beats and breakdowns, and the entire frenzied ordeal doused in the scathing guest lead vocals of Enabler's Jeffrey Lohrber, hear "Mask Of Lies" for yourself below, thanks to Lambgoat.com.

American Heritage Streams "Anxious Bedwetter"

"Prolapse," the sixth full-length studio album from Chicago's American Heritage, will see release in late November through French noise mongers, Solar Flare Records, and the first single from its onslaught is now on the loose courtesy of Revolvermag.com. Check out "Anxious Bedwetter" below.

"Prolapse" leads with six cranked-up American Heritage originals followed by three covers, the album energizing the listener from the lead riff of opening track, "Eastward Cast The Entrails." Yet it's the second track, "Anxious Bedwetter," which takes the whiplash level up a notch, with jacked-up rhythms and layered leads thundering in and out in a mesmerizing, epic attack.

Solar Flare Records will release "Prolapse" on digital, CD, and LP platforms this coming November 24th, 2014. More...

American Heritage Posts Album Trailer

As the sixth album from Chicago's American Heritage - entitled "Prolapse" - nears release this Fall via Solar Flare Records, an official trailer for the release is now available and can be seen below.

American Heritage raided SOMA Studios in March of this year to record "Prolapse" with producer Sanford Parker, with additional recording by Mike Lust (Tight Phantomz, Football) and Che Arthur (Pink Avalanche).

Parker also supplies keyboards on one of the tracks and then handled mixing duties at home. Other guests include Jeffrey Lohrber (Enabler, Today is the Day), and Mike Lust supplying additional vocals and guitars.

"Prolapse" unloads thirty-three minutes of the most deadly, caustic and diverse American Heritage material to date and closes out paying homage to the Descendants, Black Flag, and Girls Against Boys, covering a tune from each. The track listing is as follows:

1. Eastward Cast The Entrails
2. Anxious Bedwetter
