Manticore Streaming New Split Track

A new track titled "Black Sheep Amongst the Wolves" from Manticore has come online today. The track is taken from "Depraved Sacrements," the upcoming 7" split that the band is releasing with Ritual Slaughter. Listen in below.

Hells Headbash II Lineup Anounced

Hells Headbangers just announced the final lineup for the label's three-day "Hells Headbash - Part 2" festival, set to take place in Cleveland, Ohio on September 4th - 6th.

After the first "Hells Headbash" last summer - which was held at the label's distribution warehouse, and was filmed for a special DVD release set for later this year - Hells Headbangers expanded the fest to include an additional day and with an even more epic lineup of HHR-affiliated bands.

Set to take place at the Agora Theater, "Hells Headbash - Part 2" will feature the first American performances by Satanic Warmaster and Destruktor and exclusive performances by underground legends Archgoat and Profanatica, as well as 31 other Hells Heabangers-supported bands that span the spectrum of death metal, black metal, thrash, grind, metalpunk, and plenty of filthy points in between. Manticore Streaming New Song

"Behold the Ascension of the Execrated," Manticore's first full-length album since 2006's "For Rats and Plague," sees the Cleveland trio continuing in its black metal roots. "Behold the Ascension of the Execrated" was recorded in the basement of the Last House on the Left on the unholy days of October 12th and 13th by Don Sukis, Jr. who also mixed and mastered it. Nestor Avalos is responsible for the artwork on the album, which is being released on Deathgasm Records. Album track "Denying the Resurrection" is streaming over at soundcloud or in the widget following the tracklisting and cover art.
