Year Of The Goat Inks Record Deal

Spinning Goblin / Napalm Records are extremely proud to announce the signing of Sweden's Year Of The Goat!

In 2011 Year Of The Goat hit the occult rock scene with debut release, the EP “Lucem Ferre”, and followed up with album “Angels’ Necropolis” in 2012.

"We’re really looking forward to working with Napalm and feel they understand where we want to take the music and also importantly we believe they can help us reach out with the message to everyone who needs it," says band member Thomas Sabbathi. Year Of The Goat Announces European Tour Dates

Year Of The Goat announced a string of European Tour dates in support of the band's latest LP "Angels' Necropolis." The thirteen-city tour is sponsored by Rock Hard Magazine, including a performance at Hammer Of Doom VIII in Wuerzburg, Germany with Orchid, While Heaven Wept, Jex Thoth, Procession, Altar Of Oblivion, Age Of Taurus and others.

Year Of The Goat Releases New Music Video

This week Year of the Goat has set loose a brand new video for the track “Spirits Of Fire,” showcasing the band's hooks and melodies, depicted in a psychedelic 70s occult horror theme. Check out the video below. The following press release was also issued about the band:

Year Of The Goat Streaming "Angel's Necropolis"

"Angels’ Necropolis," the infernal debut album from Östergötland/Norrköping, Sweden-based quintet Year of the Goat, is available now worldwide via Ván Records, the gang liable for bringing The Devil’s Blood and others into the cult spotlight over the last decade.

Year Of The Goat To Release "Angel's Necropolis"

Sweden-based occult rock quintet Year of the Goat is in the final stages of preparation for the release of debut full-length, "Angel’s Necropolis." The album is to be set free upon the Earth this December 7th, 2012 via Germany’s Ván Records. The following press release was issued about the album:
