Water's Edge Calling It Quits

After releasing the "An Abstract Collapse" album last year, instrumental act Water's Edge has posted the following announcement online about calling it quits:

"On March 30th, we will be performing our last show with Ever Forthright in Providence, as we have decided to end Water's Edge.

"This decision was well thought-over for a long time and has been reached for a variety of reasons, but every member of the band is on good terms with each other and with everyone we have worked with.

"At this time we would like to thank Alex Campbell, Julian Rodriguez, Austin Isaac Peters and AIP Art, and anyone else who has assisted us in furthering our band's work and specifically our latest album which helped gain us the popularity we had. More importantly, we would like to thank every person who downloaded our albums, listened to a song, shared or liked a post, came to a show, or anybody who was a fan of our music. More...

Water's Edge Posts New Single Online

Rhode Island instrumental act Water's Edge has posted a new single online for streaming titled "So You Don't Forget," which can be heard below. The track comes off the band's new album "An Abstract Collapse," due to be released October 7th, 2012. The song also features a guest solo by Julian Rodriguez of Elitist.
