Multi-national band Punished premieres the title track from the upcoming debut EP "The Absent", which was reamped and mixed by Ryan Harvey. It will be released by the band on July 29 through Bandcamp. The band’s line-up includes former Ulcerate vocalist Ben Read as well as Serocs guitarist Antonio Freyre, plus guitarist/bassist Aldo Mora and drummer Ignacio Rizo. In addition, the EP includes guest vocals by Josh Smith (Serocs), Antti Boman (Demilich) and Phil Tougas (First Fragment).

The multi-national death metal jugernauts from Serocs are back with the premiere of their pre-release full-album stream of the band's upcoming new album "And When The Sky Was Opened", which will hit stores November 27th via Comatose Music. Serocs is:

The multi-national death metal wizards from Serocs are back, due to release "And When the Sky Was Opened" on November 27 via Comatose Music. The label comments:
"'And When The Sky Was Opened' is a technical opus that explores the psychology of war and what world conflicts do to the human mind, both as an invader and as the invaded. Following the positive feedback from their previous album, 'The Next,' Serocs has perfected those elements to create this extreme masterpiece of controlled chaos.
"Not only is 'And When the Sky Was Opened' bound together by lyrical concepts, the album features a cohesive musical theme that sees all eight tracks coalesce to create a singular musical experience. Underground death metal collective Serocs will unleash "The Next" on October 1st through Comatose Music. "The Next" includes eight songs recorded in eight cities across the globe and also features guest appearances by musicians from around the world, including Antti Boman (Demilich), Chris Lollis (Lecherous Nocturne) and more.
Serocs began in 2009 as a one-man project by guitarist Antonio Freyre that later transformed into a full-blown international band with the addition of Timo Häkkinen (Sotajumala), Mike Poggione (Monstrosity) and Jason Hohenstein (ex-Lecherous Nocturne). Guadalajaran death metal band Serocs has just released it third disc "Oneirology" and is streaming the eleven track album over on Bandcamp. "Oneirology" was mastered by Nico S. of Womb Leech and features guest appearances by musicians from all different bands ranging from Absvrdist, Abhorrent, Disgorge, Zealotry, Defeated Sanity, First Fragment and Vengeful. Serocs is also streaming both of its other albums on that bandcamp page, "So On and So Forth" and "Homogenous Dissimilation."
