Israeli outfit Desert has issued the following announcement about releasing a new album studio diary:
"Horns up, Warriors! After a long break from the last chapter of our video blog from the studio sessions for our upcoming album - here is the new one for you. Guitar recordings at A.G. Studio.

Israel's Desert has checked in with the following announcement about bringing on a guest musician for an upcoming album:
"Horns up, Warriors! Now we can officially confirm, that one of the special guests on our upcoming album will be the one and only - Mr. Ralf Scheepers! The legendary voice of Primal Fear, Gamma Ray and Tyran' Pace.
"Ralf kindly agreed to contribute his voice to one of the songs on our new record. We are still excited, that one of the best metal singers in the world, who's voice built our musical taste something like for 20 years, had sang one of the most killing and powerful songs we ever wrote!
"We have no patience to show you the results of this collaboration! Stay tuned for more breaking news."
Israeli dark epic metallers Desert have checked in with the first part of their studio diary for an upcoming album. Check out the video below featuring drum recordings in Tel Aviv. The band comments:
"Here is coming the first part of the studio diary, where you can see Assaf Markowitz, making an outstanding job, on drums recording for our upcoming album. Enjoy and to be continued!"
Desert has issued the following announcement about gearing up to record a new full-length album:
"Horns up, Desert Warriors! After 4 months of intensive work in the studio, with the producer Erez Yohanan, we can proudly say, that the writing process of the material for the upcoming Desert album is done!
"From all the written stuff we choosed 10 absolutely killing tracks, and honestly we can say, that we are proud off the results!
"Desert warriors - we prepared a really great present for all of you, who supported us through this years! You will hear kind of songs that we never used to play before and even one really epic almost 9 minutes track (the longest and most expressive song we ever made).
"Right now we are finishing the work on lyrics and some vocal parts, so it's planned to enter the studio at the end of October and to record the next Desert album. So keep your fingers crossed for us and stay tuned for the news from the studio!"

Fan filmed video footage has been posted online, courtesy of YouTube user "danidind," of Desert perfoming live with Joakim Brodén (Sabaton) in Israel. The show took place last Thursday, August 30th on the Reading 3 in Tel Aviv, Israel, and the clipcan be seen below.
Israel's Desert has also begun work on a next studio album. For the release, the band is collaborating with Erez Yohanan, who will act as a producer of the entire album. Erez is klnown on the metal scene as the mastermind behind Amaseffer and has also worked with bands such as Orphaned Land and others
Israeli power metal band Desert has issued the following announcement about splitting with Sleaszy Rider Records:
"Desert's way had many unexpected turns and we sure had to make some tough decisions on our way, over the last 10 years.
"Splitting paths is never easy! Nevertheless, we are announcing that Desert has decided to depart from it's record label, Sleaszy Rider Records. This was a decision taken by the band, and all six of us agreed on it.
