Aeon Zen Recruits Session Vocalist For Festival

Aeon Zen has issued the following announcement about bringing on a session member as vocalist Andi Kravljaca will not be appearing at an upcoming festival:

"For our upcoming performance at the UK Tech-Metal Fest, we will be joined onstage by the wonderfully talented Tamás Csemez on vocals, as our singer Andi is unfortunately unable to make it over to sunny England for the festival. So, that being said, we are really excited to deliver what will be a unique and energised set for you all, we might even throw in some new songs as an extra thank you! See you there!"

Andi also comments: "Every once in a while the music business proves it is a cruel mistress - and as dire chance would have it, this is one of those times. Due to reasons completely out of my control, I sadly won't be able to make Aeon Zen's performance at TechFest, which pains me immeasurably.

"Nevertheless, ever vigilant, the band have managed to find a gem of a singer for this one off occasion, a certain Mr. Tamás Czemez, and believe you me when I say that this man sounds - in a word - amazing. I have full faith that he will deliver an awesome performance, and that our fans will rally behind him and show him the same love and faith I've enjoyed for years. Until next time!!" More...

Aeon Zen Splits With Keyboardist

Aeon Zen has issued the following announcement about parting ways with the band's keyboard player:

"We're sorry to say that Shaz has decided to leave Aeon Zen. Unfortunately he felt conflicted between our style of music and where his heart lies as a musician.

"There is no animosity between us, and we wish him all the best for the future. If you wish to keep up to date with him, head to his Facebook page.

"After the success of our latest album Enigma, and the exciting prospect of our upcoming EP and next album to follow after that, we are very much looking forward to the next stage of Aeon Zen, so you can all rest assured that we will continue to flourish. Rich will continue to play keyboards on upcoming releases, as he has done on previous albums, and we are looking forward to our upcoming shows (12th October with Queensryche in London, and 2nd October in Glasgow), with our long-time friend and collaborator Tom Green on keyboards. We look forward to seeing you there!

"The release date for our new EP will also be coming very soon! And of course we'd like to send a huge thank you to all of you for continuing to support us. The best is yet to come!" More...
